Scarpe acquistate per il compleanno di mia figlia…consegnate alla bambina domenica sera…le ha utilizzate lunedì martedì e giovedì e le scarpe sono in queste condizioni neanche fossero state prese su una bancarella a 10 euro…mi dispiace molto perché la bambina ne era innamorata ma è inaccettabile che delle scarpe da più di 100 euro dopo 3 giorni di utilizzo in città (senza pioggia o eventi atmosferici importanti)siano in queste condizioni Come sempre ad Amazon voto 10 e lode per la prontezza nel risolvere i problemi dei clienti… Sono comunque dispiaciutissima per quanto accaduto e se volete un consiglio nn prendete questo modello per i bambini!!!sono troppo delicate!!!

They have listed it as a womens size 7 boot and instead of saying size two junior girls, I reordered thinking it was a genuine mistake, but was sent the same size after ordering replacement. Don’t order or waste your time if you want a size 7 womens. It should be listed as a size 2, they are stunning boots. Just listed wrong 😕

The design is actually pretty but the shaft is too tight that my daughters feet didn’t even go inside. The material is stiff and doesn’t stretch. I hope they change this in the season as it could be great winter boots.
