I bought this for my college-aged son and it’s perfect! It’s lightweight, makes no sound so he can put it by his bed, and works great! He even put cool magnets and stickers on it – and has some items on it like a shelf. I highly recommend it.

Upon finally getting ahold of the company Upstream directly, they were very prompt on getting me my refund and resolving my issue very fast! Extremely grateful and a huge shoutout to Vincent for helping me resolve the issue fairly quick! Product wasn’t the greatest but the customer service is A1 next ta none!

After attempting some solutions and careful consideration, I realized opting for a replacement felt like a potential risk as the noise is likely inherent to the fridge itself. Ultimately, I appreciated the seller’s understanding and their prompt resolution, which made for a positive customer service experience. Considering the unexpected noise issue, my overall satisfaction with their response leads me to rate it 4/5.

“Watch videos before you purchase. The noise has me going insane since I bought it a week ago.
The whole thing is just as expected and I have no complaints, other than the low buzz it produces for 4 minutes every 20 minutes. It’s quiet, sure, but the frequency is this sort of rough buzzing sound, like an old fluorescent light of a hospital creating an uncomfortable ambiance for a horror movie. It’s depressing, and I’m strongly considering looking into moving it out of my room, which defeats the whole purpose of why I bought this fridge. Maybe I can fit it into my closet, but again, that’s just a compromise from what I was hoping for.”

I love that its lightweight because we put it in the loft. It really comes in handy, because the kitchen is so far. My daughter got sick recently and I was able to keep snacks/food, probiotics for her while I was at work.
