Item came with a sticker saying Amazon Warehouse certified. Installer said that the wires had been spliced and that the backing for the antenna was missing. Essentially the product had not be checked by Amazon and was not worth the cost. The product works…but was not as advertised.

Thought I purchased all your products for this install however having issues (see below). If you can help me complete this install myself great if not please just let me know where to go to get this done. Thanks! Installing in a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze ECO using DBALL2, getting 6x flashing red which apparently indicates ” orange/black wire not detected”. I’m using an “OBDTHDGM1 GM OBD2 Plug & Play T-Harness” so I thought this would not be an issue. What am I doing wrong, wrong harness or ? This model does not include the interface module that is needed for install. The cost for me to have installed into my husband’s car would be an extra $600 plus for the interface and labour. Blowing my budget big time. Need to return. 😢

I asked for a remote start for my birthday, we called around to the local places and best buy. The closest in price was a 1-way with 2 remotes. We decided to take the project on ourselves. (by that i mean my husband did everything)
My husband was able to install this for our Avalanche, but did need to buy Directed Electronics XpressKit DBALL2 Databus All Combo Bypass Module. He has never installed a remote start and was able to get it done in an afternoon. He did say that next time, he’d rather go to work for a couple of hours and pay someone to do the install, which can be done for about $100 at Best Buy. Anyway, he was able to do it and it works great. I love all the features this offers and again, it’s the best priced 2way we could find.

I had this package sent overseas to a good friend of mine. He spent several months to repair his truck before he could install the alarm. Upon opening the box realized that several of the relays were missings, along with the wires were missing from the connector. Sadly my friend lives in Uganda Africa and returning this item would cost more than to buy another. I’m very disappointed with it. All this time has gone by to discover items were missing and wires weren’t even installed correctly!!
