I’ve had rabbits for years and hay is always annoying. It’s lose and messy and the buns don’t eat half of it due to the thicker pieces. This stuff is sectioned into little loose blocks and all the hay is tender and tasty according to my rabbits. Will only buy this hay from now on.

As a pet owner, I am always looking for high-quality food options for my pets, and the Vitakraft Small Animal Timothy Hay for Guinea Pigs is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a healthy and nutritious food option for their furry friend.
First of all, the hay is of high quality and smells fresh, which is important when it comes to feeding my guinea pig. The hay is made of 100% timothy grass, which is a great source of fiber and helps to support digestive health.
The packaging of the hay is also very convenient, as it comes in a resealable bag that helps to keep the hay fresh for longer. The bag is also easy to store and doesn’t take up too much space, which is important when you have limited storage options.
When it comes to my guinea pig’s reaction to the hay, he absolutely loves it! He is always excited to eat it and I have noticed an improvement in his overall digestive health since switching to this hay.
Overall, I would highly recommend Vitakraft Small Animal Timothy Hay for Guinea Pigs to anyone looking for a high-quality and nutritious food option for their pet. The hay is of excellent quality, smells fresh, and is convenient to store, making it a great choice for any guinea pig owner.

I recently purchased Vitakraft timothy hay for my rabbit. I was pleased with the fresh fragrance of the hay, and my rabbit seems to love it. I will definitely purchase it again.

Thank you Vitakraft for having nice fresh hay for small animals! My Chinchillas love it! I bought a different brand…started with a K….and it was horrible! Huge chunks of dried out brown hay! UGH
Thank you Vitakraft for nice hay and awesome prices!

Been purchasing this brand of Timothy hay for almost a year now, and have never really had an an issue with it. Overall it’s cheaper than other brands I’ve seen, has a decent amount, and my buns love it. Across the various bags I’ve purchased I’ve noticed slight differences in the batches (ie color, texture, thickness, etc.), but that’s to be expected and I have no issue with that. However, the last 3 bags have had miscellaneous leaves, twigs, or clumps of dirt mixed in with the hay. I’m not sure if this is a result of poor quality control, if it’s safe for the buns to ingest, or if anyone else has encountered this issue before, but I’ve never had this problem until these recent bags. I wasn’t planning on leaving a complaint, but having sifted through the bags over a few weeks and recently finding a huge chunk of dirt the size of my palm (shown in the pic), I’ve decided to write one so others are aware of it. Overall I will still continue purchasing, but I hope the quality checking is improved so I don’t have to be wary every time I pull hay out for my buns.
