The tightening mechanism around your phone is very flawed, and the bolt to tighten wont even turn past a certain point to hold it well. The camera is super shaky when walking and the video comes out bad. Not worth it- returned.

Best money I’ve ever spent. I go walking with my dog Festus and we’ve clocked several hundreds of miles with this clip and it has absolutely been through the ringer and is still standing(many have been quick to correct me when use the term walking in a city and I guess the proper nomenclature is now ” urban trekking”….lol…ya, like I said, walking). This clip serves as my attachment to my old cell phone( but can attach any action camera style mounts) whose duty is now a bodycam thats clipped to my backpack shoulder strap. It even has a lanyard/safety loop. Uses standard “GoPro” style hardware so you dont have to keep the cell phone style attachment with the pressure clip. Mount an action camera to the pressure clip or anything you can think of. I used the cell phone attachment portion with a “Chesty” harness and rocked out a walk like that. Super cool utility clip!!!

I ended up returning this. I’m relatively petite as a woman and even though the straps were adjustable, the bulkiness of it felt too much on my head. (To give an idea, I’m 5’4″, 110lbs, size 0-2, etc). I also bought it for purpose of filming my hands while I play piano but could not adjust to the correct angle to capture them reasonably.

Not as what I expected, I wanted to strapped my phone upwards but this product was designed to only strapped phones sideways, Iโm disappointed.

This is the first time Iโve written a โnegative/badโ review on Amazon. This product has a serious flaw/design flaw. Even when you tighten the part that holds your phone in place, it wonโt hold the phone in place because the part that grips the phone is hard plastic and doesnโt have any โgripโ to it. The problem is that the phone will easily (VERY EASILY!) slip out. I tried it for my iPhone 11 both with and without a case (and made it as tight as I could each time). I guess if you have a truly soft-sided phone case, then the grip from the spring part will still hold the phone tightly. But if you have anything but a very soft-sided case (or if you donโt use a case), it doesnโt take long for the phone to slip out, especially because the phone is held vertically when you put it on your backpack strap, and so it simply slips through the part that grips it. If they made this with some softer rubber in the grip part, this would probably work great. But as it is now, itโs totally useless (unfortunately).
