COACH Signature C Hoop Earrings

I love the air rings

They are very hard to get on. I’m afraid to even wear them incase they fall out of my ear. They look really cute though.

Oh, Coach, Coach, Coach…I am SO disappointed in you! I’ve been buying Coach handbags and wristlets for a good chunk of my life (I just turned 45 y/o on March 5th, 2024) and I’ve always been satisfied w/their leather goods and other products. HOWEVER, when it comes to jewelry, Coach should just REALLY STOP GOING THERE IMMEDIATELY!! I’ve ordered a few pairs of earrings from their shop in the past on Amazon here (even directly from their own website) and I gotta be 100% honest w/you all (bc ofc I do NOT want any of you wonderful ladies out there to experience what I had to go thru)! So, here goes, I’m just gonna be as blunt as possible: their jewelry is pure and utter CHEAPO JUNK/GARBAGE – yep, you read that correctly – C-H-E-A-P-O
J-U-N-K/GARBAGE!! The first couple pairs of earrings I bought from Coach literally tarnished within LESS THAN 2 MEASLY LITTLE WEEKS (AND I only wore each pair once or maybe twice, and not even for a full, entire day)! No joking when I say that, and I take very good care of ALL my jewelry! But I like to try and give ppl/companies/etc. the benefit of the doubt/one more chance, so I thought I’d give Coach’s jewelry department one more try, considering that…well, maybe I just happened to get a “bad batch” of jewelry from them (yup, girls, I was in denial so badly bc I SO wanted the jewelry to be perfect, considering how much I had actually paid for basic junky costume jewelry) bc really, come on, we all know that companies such as Coach most likely do NOT sell top-quality items from Tiffany and Co. or Cartier jewelry; Coach jewelry only has its name to survive & thrive on out there in the costume jewelry of the world.

Anyway, PLEASEPLEASE stay away from ANY and ALL of their jewelry, no matter how good it looks and/or if it’s “on sale”. I really want to save as much money for everyone who’s never tried Coach jewelry that may be considering buying it! Take these gold pair of hoops, for example, with the lovely Coach “C” logo on them – these were my LAST and FINAL item of ANY AUTHENTIC Coach jewelry I will EVER be purchasing! I didn’t even get to wear them either (not kidding here)! Ofc I’m always very gentle with all types of jewelry, it doesn’t matter the cost; well, I went to GENTLY put on the first gold “C” hoop earring and I heard this loud “SNAP”-like sound – it was quick but long enough for me to notice it and realize that something had just happened (something bad)! I looked at the earring immediately and saw that the ENTIRE, WHOLE post had just snapped and broken off so easily into just one complete piece, in the matter of only one second! Seriously, I kid you not! I was devastated and heartbroken bc 1.) I had paid $65 + tax on that pair of earrings; 2.) I realized that I would never even get to wear them; and 3.) How cheap does a product (especially from a well-admired, higher quality brand like Coach) have to be to get by with trying to sell ppl such trashy jewelry?! Idk, maybe I just happened to have some extremely “bad luck” when it came to the Coach jewelry items I bought but you’ll NEVER catch me again buying anymore jewelry from them AGAIN, I don’t care how beautiful it is or the price! Definitely SO NOT WORTH YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY, LADIES! If you like their handbags, I’d say stick w/those but do NOT venture over into the jewelry/accessories categories! Most likely you will regret it! I apologize for this review ending up being this long but I really wanted to stress just how horrid their jewelry really is, how upset I was and still kinda am, etc. I want to prevent other good ppl like yourselves from being taken advantage of like I was. I definitely need a HUGE COACH BREAK for a long time ha!!

And like I mentioned earlier, the few pairs of other earrings I’d bought before these gold hoop earrings tarnished right away and the posts are all very weak and wiggly, ready to snap off at any second like w/these gold “C” hoops! And then when I decided to give them (Coach) ONE more chance in the jewelry department, it’s even a WORSE experience bc I never even got ONE chance to wear the hoop earrings!! SMH. How does that one saying go?
“Caveat emptor” – BUYER BEWARE! You were warned! lol I just wish someone would’ve warned me too! Hey, I never expected Coach’s jewelry to be top-notch quality, knowing that their higher prices are mainly only bc of the Coach brand…but still, I expected just a bit more quality than like, say…Claire’s!!!! lol

Bc of this experience, I now read at least 25-50+ reviews on a product no matter what the brand is or even if I’ve heard anything about it already. Should’ve done that in the first place! DUH! Lol learned my lesson the hard way!! It’s just too easy, right? 😉

Again, another saying…something like/about how a fool and his money are always soon to part ways lol. Gosh I feel like that – an embarrassed, idiotic fool! Don’t make my dumb mistake!!
