While the product does stain your lips it does not last as long as suggested by the many postings out there. There is some light transfer from the lip stain onto the gloss stick even if you allow for longer lip stain drying time. I find that you do need gloss otherwise the mat phase looks dry, dull, and uneven. I’ve also done multiple applications as suggested, and while this process does give a deeper color, the dry, dull look remains. I’ll continue to use it for now since I bought multiple shades and the application looks fine with gloss which, of course, you need to reapply often.

I still can’t get over how much I love this product. Bought it on a whim after seeing it on tiktok from someone who I’ve been buying recommended products from that have all turned into my favorites, so I trusted her review.
Firstly, the colour, whimsical, is perfect for my taste. Dark enough, doesn’t lean orange or purple, and doesn’t fade to neon pink.
Secondly, the lasting power is seriously impressive on me. I do my makeup at 4:30 am and leave for work at 5:30 am. I get home at 5pm. Only by 2:30-3:00 pm am I needing to apply anything due to fade, and it’s only in the centre of my lips if I’ve been eating more frequently and drinking without a straw. The outer 2/3 of my lips still retain about 70% of the the colour from my morning application.
Lastly, when it does start to fade after 9-10 hours, it fades nicely, maintaining the shade and simply getting less saturated. So many of my lip products fade out to horrible neon colours due to staining being an unfortunate side effect of my chosen colour.
I do leave this on longer than the instructions say to. I put it on as my first step after washing my face, do my eyes and hair (10-20 min depending on the effort I feel like putting in that day), then wipe off before I do the rest of my face. I’ve also heard of people putting this on before bed and leaving it overnight. Not sure if me leaving it on longer helps with the staying power, or the product just works well with my skin, but I love it and am now a customer for life.

This was my first time trying a Wonderskin Wonder Blading set.
I ordered the color Romance because it looks like a soft pink that is similar to my natural lip color but with stronger pigment.
The scrub is the first step and I really liked it. The pencil applicator makes it so much easier to apply compared to other scrubs that come in a jar or in a tube. It feels nice and has a sweet taste to it though I tried not to get any in my mouth. It wiped off easily and my lips did feel smooth, if a little dry.
The second step is the stain itself. I applied two-three coats but I definitely left it way longer than 45 seconds because I was being so careful to apply it and so was going slow. Then I waited for it to mostly dry. I did enjoy the dark blue color of the mask – fun seeing such a dark color on me that I never usually wear. Looked quite goth and I liked it!
Third step is the activator that you rub across the mask and as it begins to break up you can easily wipe it away with a tissue.
Final step is applying the clear gloss. It is very thick but doesn’t feel overly sticky compared to other glosses. I do not like thick gloss usually but I was ok with this one. It moisturized my lips and brought out the color.
Honestly I thought this would be way messier but it wasn’t at all and it was quick to do.
The stain itself is beautiful. I think because I left it on so long it was quite saturated but it literally looked like I had just finished eating a raspberry popsicle in the best way.
I am late 30s and though I have good skin and wear sunscreen I notice small teeny tiny wrinkling starting around the lips when I frown too long. I have other stains that are regular application and I have to be careful they don’t bleed into those subtle lines. This stain does not do that at all and stays exactly where I applied it.
The only drawback is that I don’t have steady hands and applying a smooth line with anything is a nightmare for me but even though it wasn’t perfect it still looked really nice when I removed the mask.
I do love all the products in the kit but I wouldn’t pay full price as it is very expensive in my opinion. I really want to try a strong red shade so I may just order the color alone next time because I love lip stains and this one lasts long.

Suuuper cooles Produkt! Ich trage im Alltag sonst keinen Lippenstift- viel zu umständlich ständig nachzuziehen. Dieser hier hält wirklich lange, trotz Essen & Trinken. Man hat nicht dieses Lippenstift-Gefühl und die Farbe sieht klasse aus. Ich habe einen hellen Hautton und bin blond – meine Lippen sehen mit diesem Lippenstift voller aus, aber auf natürliche Weise. Würde und werde ich wieder kaufen- top! 👍

Let me give you all the real details you want to know….
Okay so I tried my friends a few weeks ago, I hadn’t heard of the brand before and it lasted through dinner and drinking. My lips never even felt dry like other stains have. I ordered it immediately.
I really wanted to put this stain to the test after it lasted all day at work, overnight, and through eating, brushing my teeth, and showering. So my husband and me did both of the dirty deeds, the deed itself, and the oral deeds.
THAT STUFF DID NOT SMUDGE. We turned the lights on fully expecting lipstick to be everywhere… Not an ounce of lip stain, just good old sweat and saliva.
Easy, lasting, and sexy (kind of like my husband)
Not sticky, no smell, and smooth (which I’m pretty sure we all want)
*It will separate or not stick if your lips are chapped, cracked, and or not exfoliated. As the day goes on it will slightly fade first from your inner lips and the darker areas will be outwards (as if you are wearing lip liner). I do not think you need to buy the activator. I apply the stain for about a minute or two then I just wipe it off with a damp paper towel or tissue. If I’m wearing foundation I do the stain first, then my foundation, then just put on some chapstick. You have to make sure you have it just right because the pigment takes quickly, so line your lips with the stain first and get it perfect then do the rest of your lip

I am absolutely thrilled with this Waterproof and Transfer Proof Pink Lip Tint by Wonderskin. The color is stunning – bright and vibrant, perfect for any occasion. Overall, this product is pretty good. I will definitely keep using it and potentially buy another shade in the future.
Pros:
– It stained very quickly and easily.
– The stain lasted basically all day, even with multiple meals and snacks (the last photo was later in the day after a few meals and snacks, no reapplying).
– Completely smudge proof.
– Pretty color.
Cons:
– It had a very, very slight burning sensation upon applying. This went away after I wiped it off and didn’t leave any lasting affects, so not a huge deal.
– Color was somewhat uneven in application (see the third picture – the inner lip is darker than the rest), though I suspect this could improve if you exfoliate your lips prior to using it.
– Though the color was pretty, it was not the shade I was expecting from the product photos. I think it can look very different depending on the complexion of the person who is wearing it. My sister, who is more olive toned than me, has the same shade and she says it looks completely different on her. So I would say if you are attached to having a particular shade outcome, this may not be the product for you.

I almost never wore lipstick over the past 40+ years because I hated the sticky goopiness of lipstick and I hated having to reapply it every 20 minutes even more than how it felt. Enter Wonderskin. It is absolutely fantastic. I’ve only used mine twice but I love it. Paint it on, wipe it off and it stays for 6+ hours. It feels fine on my lips. I don’t even know I’m wearing it, but it looks great. Good color. Not overbearing. Looks pretty natural. Doesn’t look fake or like clown makeup. It does stain very quickly so you have to be careful and precise or you will end up with stain where you don’t want it. It’s not difficult to get it right. If someone who never wears lipstick can do it, anyone can. I haven’t had any need to try to take it off so that hasn’t been an issue. I don’t plan on buying every shade but I will admit, I kinda want to.

I saw a video years ago with this product in kit form being promoted by Paris Hilton!!! And I know she wont endorse anything she thinks is not good and being soneone who does not like to wear lipstick it seemed to be perfect match. And it WAS!! Sooooo easy and it legit stains your lips!!!! Not in a creepy Halloween way. I have tried the gewy leave on till hard kinds, you NEVER know what you are going to get. Sooo years later i decided to JUST check and see if Amazon had it. Clearly it does. They have all sorts of colors and you can buy without the kit, which I don’t see how much more it could do.. sorry, just saying I don’t think need the whole kit. Thats all. Its a great price!! And now my lips can look defined and not like a corpse without having to wear sticky lipstick that will rub off anyway. I did a before and after, i left that on for 1 minute, used a wet tissue wiped off in three wipes. Sooo easy, sooo fast, sooo hot! Thank’s to Paris Hilton telling me to buy it! 🙂 now I am telling you!!!
