This is very easy to use and does what it claims it does. It cuts through credit cards with ease and actually does shred 10 pieces of paper at once.
You have to empty the smaller bin often but once you’re caught up with old files and mail, you’ll be happy you chose a smaller bin because it’s easier to store or easily accessible right next to or under your desk

I love how it works, a good price, and you can shred 10 papers at a time (but I am sure not 10 pieces of cardboard thick sizes, use common sense of course or it will break your machine, but please don’t attempt so you can return them, it is a disgrace.) Anyway, it is not noisy compare to my old one who did not break but just parts are giving up bec i was careless, bec the old shredder there was no housing or waste box, just plain machine. This one include the waste box. so you can just shred straight without picking up the machine bec it goes straight to the box, lovely. The “price is right” when I got it, too. Highly recommended.

A good Amazon choice for value because it indeed works well. I have used CD slot and chewed up ,quick.papercuts are long and a little bit wide..so for people who have really sensitive documents to really chew up, this shredder not for you.

Don’t hurry when feeding papers or it will jam. Definitely don’t over feed it because when the lid gets lifted, strips of paper jump out all over the place. It’s easy to clear any jams. For home use it’s well worth the price.

Performance on it is good but two mins in of shredding papers from my mail it started heating up and I guess that was the end of its job lol. Size of bin was alright it would hold about 15-20 times used of shredding then I would suggest to clean out the bin for it. Cut ability was good till the motor went out. Quality I think they should work on the motor and the sensor. Sometimes it would stay on for awhile after shredding something. Motor it’s good maybe it should work on something to cool down the motor or idk update it to something that would last long. It was easy to learn how to us it. Just the shredding cards part why would you have to empty your bin to shred a card the company should of made it to where you can use both card shredder and paper shredder without emptying the bin.
