I have medium length and medium thickness hair and having been using this product for about a month now. Smells good, is easy to rub into your hair and doesn’t leave any build up. I usually blow dry my hair after using it and have noticed a difference in volume but here’s thing…only a slight difference. I am not “wowed’ by this product. The videos I watched on it advertising extreme/ample volume has not been my experience, even after rubbing a generous portion into my hair. So I would say: it’s a good product but because it’s only made a subtle difference and is somewhat expensive, I probably won’t be buying it again. #honestreview

I really like this volumizer! I don’t get major volume because my hair is so heavy, and it loses volume throughout the day, which is normal. However, this is the only Volumizer that keeps my hair soft and shiny! I don’t like using hair sprays or a lot of mousse because of the stiffness/stickiness it causes (this contributes to the lack of volume as well). I love that I can use more on dry hair to refresh on day 2 or 3 and it doesn’t add a ton of build up. Keep in mine this product will only work when using heat volumizing tools like a hair drying brush or a round brush with a hair dryer! It does not add volume when air drying 👍🏻

I have straight, thick but finer hair, shoulder length. An instagram add interested me in trying this. It does work quite well and leaves my hair fairly shiny and good volume. The reason I’m taking off stars is that the volume is no where near the amount advertised- which is why I tried it. Some of that of course has to do with styling (I normally use a round brush) and additional product.
The instructions, however request 2-3 pumps per SECTION of hair. So, you have to use a ton of product for the results. Pictured is one pump of my normal IGK product vs. 5 pumps of WOW on the right. So, while it’s a lot less per squirt, I used about 3-4 per 10 sections (30-40 pumps per use!) and it still doesn’t offer extra height.
Also, for second day hair – especially like rejuvenating a flat spot from sleeping I ended up using more the second day, which as advertised would keep its height. I’d say I have about 3/4-1 in volume day one but more like 1/4-1/2 by day 2.
Fortunately I bought a trial size. But, I think I like other products just as well – with way less product use. So, I don’t think I’ll buy it again. But, glad I tried it.

I’ve had stick straight hair my whole life until I hit 30. The last few years I’ve tried to learn to style wavy/curly hair but finally did a keratin treatment which left my hair straight again but limp and flat. I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now and love it! I use two pumps per section of hair (3 sections total-left side, right side, back) and really target the roots. I then blow dry my hair the opposite of my part. My hair now has volume again but not a crazy amount. Once the product is dry you don’t feel it at all. I have noticed the next day my hair looks greasy or more dirty than usual but that could also be from the keratin treatment-I honestly have no idea. I will continue to use this product and purchase again if I continue with keratin treatments.

I have pretty flat, fine, lifeless hair, and when I use this product, it gives my hair the body that normal people have lol. I don’t even do any fancy blowout. I usually just use two pumps in semi-dry hair, and blow dry it, OR use two pumps in dry hair and let it completely air dry. (The product itself is a little damp but not sticky.) It will work even without a hair dryer. Now it’s part of my daily routine. LOVE this product!
