Bought for my son to use on his Baritone sax as well as his clarinet. He had another one but it didn’t have any cushioning and seeing that Baritone saxs are pretty heavy, he needed some cushioning. The back part of the strap has little air bubbles. My son loves the straps and he says it is very comfortable. Thanks!

The neck strap is the most comfortable out there. It’s easily easily adjustable and looks nice too. However, if you’re doing marching band, it will get much hotter than a regular cloth necked due to the underside being rubber.

I am a very active player and the strap itself is made from an elastic material that causes a lot of bounce. I don’t even know how you would be able to use this in a marching band. Also, the adjuster is CONSTANTLY slipping. I play a bari sax and for whatever reason, this strap cannot handle the weight and I have to readjust all the time. It is comfortable, but does a terrible job of keeping my sax in the position that I want it. Very very disappointed.

The Neo Tech Harness was just not long enough for my 6’4 frame. I’d have to lower my neck or raise the instrument
(Selmer Series II Low A Bari Sax) to comfortably place mouthpiece in. That was a pain!!! The Yamaha Air Cell Neck
Strap is long enough to adjust for mouthpiece placement. Although design like a traditional strap it major difference
are the air filled pads that contact neck. Very comfortable and cushions neck. I think this is a great strap for any
person that plays this type of instrument. MUCH CHEAPER THAN A NEO TECH Strap TOO!!!!

This neck strap is amazing! I used it for a bass clarinet and it works great. It is kind of a pain to keep adjusting it because the padding is somewhat elastic at the end so when I first adjusted the strap it would fall down lower than I would like it. I did eventually expect this and just made the strap tighter than normal. The rubber bit on the hook ripped and came off within the first 2 weeks or so. Then again I was using it constantly for marching band. I do like that the strap is long so it works for a lot of instruments. The padding is also different from a regular neotech neckstrap and I think it is more comfortable.

Very comfortable. Only had for a month so can’t speak to quality as far as lasting, but very happy with the comfort.

Air cell padding is great for heavier instruments like the bari sax, but the seams wear out in about 6 months. Would recommend pairing with a stiff neck strap or reinforcing the seams if you use a heavier instrument.
