I got no adapter in the box I had to buy the adapter separately and the issued the credit which I wasn’t able to use toward my the phone but towards the

The product does not come with a power cord. There is nowhere in the listing that states that this product doesn’t come with a power cord. So if you want a phone that has a power cord look elsewhere.
However, once you buy a power cord the phones seem to work fine… still need more time to evaluate that issue.

I have had a lot of phones from 1000 dollar ones on down but this phone is awesome with the things you can do with it it is the best

As a product it works out of the box and easily configured as a Zoom phone. But if you can afford it then buy the T57W (touch screen version) because you see more information and make call transferring easier without having to go into too many buttons click.
I will only use it as a common area phone.

I really like these. Bought them for the whole company. Much nicer than Polycom devices in the same price range. I’ve had zero problems with them on WiFi or wired connections. Highly recommend.

Power supply was not included and does not state in the listing that it doesn’t come with the power supply. Not happy with this at all

Great phone to use with wireless internet connection. We have Nextiva VOIP service and it was easy to connect phone. Sound quality is great so far!
