The product does not come with a power cord. There is nowhere in the listing that states that this product doesn’t come with a power cord. So if you want a phone that has a power cord look elsewhere.
However, once you buy a power cord the phones seem to work fine… still need more time to evaluate that issue.

As a product it works out of the box and easily configured as a Zoom phone. But if you can afford it then buy the T57W (touch screen version) because you see more information and make call transferring easier without having to go into too many buttons click.
I will only use it as a common area phone.
