The phone did not come with a power cord! Why is that?

Great phone for the cost, fast, multiple accounts, different ringtones, but needs a power cable if you don’t have POE ethernet. I’d get the power cable anyway as it makes for a good backup if your network equipment is rebooted. As for setup, if its new, it won’t be locked to a random carrier and setup is pretty easy. Carrier mileage may vary if your buying this to use with your voip provider/service. I’ve used a few companies like inphonex, ringbyname, and mitel, and of all of them only ringbyname offered to set this up for me without cost.

Excellent voice quality, and it’s a perfect replacement for my old analogue phone now that the Australian NBN has made analogue phones obsolete.
Plugging into my PoE Ethernet was as simple as it gets.
It received a network IP address immediately, and entering the SIP username and password was a 30-second process.
I got this at a bargain price, having chosen one that was returned to Amazon due to the absence of a power adaptor.
PoE, meaning Power Over Ethernet, allows this phone to operate without a power adaptor on PoE-enabled networks, and as such, it doesn’t come with one.

Please be mindful reading reviews for this phone. This phone NEEDS a server to talk to. These phones will not interconnect with eachother without a central server. If you are looking to purchase this phone, use software such as 3CX, FreePBX, Sangoma, etc. for a central server

With that said, phone is exactly as shown. Works exactly as expected. Many thanks!

If you are expecting a power cable, don’t! You must purchase it separately. For those who are going to state the obvious, yes, you can power it up with Ethernet cable, but not everyone know how.

Seller was quick. I like the phone. Some of these reviews are ridiculous RE: ppl complaining about no power supply. All you have to do is read the description to know you need to buy one. First, I don’t like that I have to have a power supply, my old phone was powered by the ethernet connection and second, the caller ID scrolls and scrolls slow so half the time, you don’t who is calling you. Overall, basic phone that works well and is intuitive.
