I was excited to use this new GreenPan on my induction unit. The ten inch initially caused the safety warning to shut off power but now I guess it can sense the metal and the 10in is working well.Not the case for the 8 inch .No matter how I set , readjust location on induction top it will not connect to turn burner on and safety peep off.

While the nonstick surface works well, the silicone handles didn’t hold up. After just 20 minutes in a 400-degree oven, they split down the seam. Expected better durability from a professional-grade skillet.

Egg slides right off and the pan is super easy to clean! Handle is super comfortable too. Highly recommend!

This GreenPan x Bobby Flay collab is everything! This pot is truly nonstick and makes cooking so much easier. I have used it for soups, pastas and sauces so far with no issues. From beginning to end this saucepot does it all – super easy to use and clean. The black looks very sleek in my kitchen. I love the peace of mind cooking PFAS-Free as well. Definitely recommend!

This is great saucepan to add to your kitchen! Love that itโs super lightweight, while being ceramic nonstick, toxin free. Winner in my book!! Perfect size addition and really liking the silicone grip on the handle. Gave me a nice sear on my veggies while keeping them super juicy and tender. Highly recommend.

I received this pan this other day and couldn’t be happier! This pan came in colorful and informational packaging and the pan itself has a beautiful cream coloring. It also performed up to the hype, truly nonstick! There is good weight to this pan and the 4.5qt capacity makes it super versatile.

This sautรฉ pan is perfect for cooking during busy weeknights. It has a large surface area for batch/family-sized cooking and the ceramic nonstick coating makes for a super easy clean up.

This pan handles great. I was looking for a new pan for my morning eggs, this size is always perfect and this is a great replacement for my “MasterClass” ceramic pan that has seen better day. This pan has the same size, good for 3 eggs. I have not used it in the oven, and I read a review where someone said they had issues in a 400ยฐ oven. Well, it’s only oven safe to 392ยฐF so that shouldn’t surprise.
The coating is great, and perfect for fragile eggs. I wish the sides were a little bit more flared to make it easier to slide out my eggs. I like the handle, it is slightly longer than the handle on my old pan but has that classic metal handle with silicon to protect your hand.
I’m not a fan of BF, but I’ll get over it for a nice pan!
