These are super slick and messes simply wipe off. You could use them to bake cookies directly on the surface, but I tend to use parchment paper with them. These are versatile and can be used for pretty much anything you have in the oven, so don’t think they are just for cookies! The sloped edge makes sliding anything off of them easy without having to worry about things getting caught on the edge of the sheet.
