My chair arrived with defective arms, there are two sets of screws on each arm to attach to the bottom of the seat. However, on the item I received only one set reaches and is able to screw in on each side. This causes the arms to stick out more than they are supposed to. Taking the chair apart and returning the item is such a hassle, and apparently, I am unable to receive another set of chair arms. What a shame, I wanted to like this product.

The armrest of this chair came with a huge rip. The design of the chair is also faulty – the arms can’t be connected to the back of the chair because the holes were made in the wrong place (half covered by the backrest).

Overall this a decent chair, and I would recommend for those on a budget. It is much smaller than I had hoped, seeing as I ordered it for my 6’3 200lb husband. I’m also not a big fan of the synthetic leather because it’s only a matter of time before it’s starts peeling. But, I should’ve taken that into consideration before ordering. As far as the seat itself, the seat padding is pretty comfortable, pretty sturdy, and the back has decent support. Assembly time is 20-30min from unboxing and the directions were very clear, with a good quality tool and screws. Looks great too!

Order received!!! Had an issue at the beginning was not shipped out because wasn’t in stock. I messaged the seller who quickly responded to my message and was quick about solving the issue. Within a few hours my order was shipped out I received it in two days. So 5 stars to the seller also for handling this issue in a timely fashion. I I love my new desk chair. I Love the color and size it was really quick and easy to assemble took me about 30 mins to assemble.

Not great but not bad, exceptionally average is the best way I can put it.
Assembly was pretty easy and took me about 20 minutes without any complications. The material could be better with the synthetic leather, as I do not anticipate it holding up very well in the long term with how thin it is. Usually that is the case with the fake leather in general.
Support is not the worst I have seen, but this chair is probably best suited for a smaller person with the low back on it. That said, it’s pretty sturdy and not all wobbly like a lot of other chairs I have tried, but the seating material is just not going to hold up long enough to really push this chair past a 3 star rating.
Average chair for about the average value. I am not disappointed or anything, but a little more quality for longevity would have been a big difference.
