Just like others the top of the pole got damaged in shipping. Really don’t want to deal with having to exchange it. The packaging of the pole is terrible. Reel is nice and smooth though. It’s my 3rd one.

Shipping box didn’t look bad or damaged but when I opened it, top eye was just missing almost like they forgot to put it on and the part missing wasn’t even in box.
