Bought it for one child specifically for soccer but actually my older ones and myself are using some of the equipment to train in other sports and working out!!! 💪

My athletes love changing it up with various agility drills. This was the perfect supplement to help my soccer athletes and to change it up for my other athletes. The equipment is sturdy enough so far to withstand multiple sessions.

This set is a good try out set or an emergency set if you will. Kid got into soccer recently, but unsure if it’s a passion for a lengthy time. In the meantime we got him this set to try out. It’s not a professional grade. The ladder is a little fragile and a bit of a hassle to maneuver. The cones are ok, The jump rope is nice with soft handles. The parachute is his favorite thing to use at the moment. It is a velcro fastener, but with movement it’s a bit tricky to completely keep in place at times. Overall for the price, it is a good set. Since you get different things to impact your performance. We will see how he does with these and if better ones are needed in the future, we can proceed.

This is a great set for training on the go. It is easy to assemble and great value. It is easy to store away in your car in the bag. The items are great quality.

I love the jump rope! The grips on the handles are cushy feel wonderful! The rope is very easy to use.
The cones are the perfect size and the color makes it easy to see when using for group and team activities.
The adjustable rung ladder is very long and I like that you can use the stakes to secure the ladder into the ground. Personally, I did not care for the adjustable rungs. I am somewhat OCD on placement of equipment and having to make sure they are placed evenly is a little stressful in getting a class ready and keeping everything uniform.
The parachute is fun! You do have to go into a full run to get the full experience. It did not work well when just jogging but might have worked better with a little wind helping.
The roller was hard for me to use on the ground. I was able to get it moving on a mat but if we are working outside, a mat might not be as handy. I did like using when I got it rolling.
There is a definite difference in the resistance based on the colors. They are comfortable if you have material under them like wearing leggings but a little less comfortable on bare skin. I loved that they are marked with the resistance of the bands from extra light to extra heavy on the band itself, both in words and dots, for easy recognition when grabbing one during a workout.

I got this for my 10 year old to work on his agility and speed, primarily the ladder and parachute. The jump rope is a nice addition and seems pretty sturdy. The ladder was a bit of a disappointment because I had to adjust each rung to be evenly spaced out. I would have preferred one where each rung was sewn in or otherwise secured in the correct spot. The parachute works, however, it comes with an XXL waist band. It barely fit around my waist and definitely not my 10 year olds. Still, i was able to make it work.

got this for some outdoor workout mainly for the ladder and cones. Haven’t used the parachute much. It is a basic kit but no complaints about the quality, just set it up and go. Jump rope was pretty decent as well, but if you plan on doing a lot of it, there are ones with better handles or wear gloves.
If the price fits your needs then I say it is a good fit.
