So low volume cymbals are for practice, not for recording or gigs. That in mind, these do exactly what you need them to. They play like fairly heavy cymbals, they sound pretty bad, but they’re low volume and great for practice. For $150 for the whole set, its easily worth the investment. If youre looking for quiet cymbals to play church shows or smaller clubs, these wont be your best option. To mess around with a sleeping baby upstairs, these are great.

Very impressed with the quality and tone of these cymbals. If you want premium low quiet cymbals…go with Zildjian/Sabian at $400-500. However, for a third of the price, these are perfect if you’re looking for an affordable alternative. Come on, you get two crash, one ride, and hi hat’s for ~$150…a steal.
The tone/sound is solid for jam sessions/practice and cymbals do a wonderful job at reducing volume. In a small bedroom I was clocking in 45-55 decibels. Keep in mind, I’m not wailing on them and playing with the intent to be reasonable/moderate. Neighbors and band mates ears are happy. Exceeded my expectations 🤘

Soy novato aún, pero pude notar una diferencia abismal en sonido comparando con los platillos con los que venía mi batería, especialmente el hi hat
Charlie DePape –
These symbols mitigate the sound very well. They allow you to practice without driving everyone else in the house crazy.

Thinner than name brands. Have a splashy sound that’s a bit harsh but very nice for the money. Quick delivery by a responsive seller. Highly recommend.
Sarah Bellum –
These cymbals are great , was looking for low volume cymbals that I could use with Remo silent stroke heads , these allow for that .
You can hear the rest of the kit .
I tried the other model which was great also called mosico low volume, but those are a little louder to where those would be good for real heads and not mesh .
My dislike is the way it’s delivered.
They’re not in the extremely thin cymbal case that comes with the set , and the box is barley protecting the edges of the cymbals .
I would recommend a little more cardboard on each side of the box to protect the cymbal edges .
And put them in the bag when shipped .
Otherwise , highly recommend for low volume heads and cymbal combo

As a newby to the drum world, I purchased these without any real knowledge of cymbals. The reviews were honest, and now having had them for a couple of months I understand better why they are a good starter set.
They do not have a “terrible” sound, but after replacing them with a higher bronze set I definitely hear the difference.
If you are on a budget, this set will get you by for a while; especially considering the low price to get started.
