I bought this freezer for my wife to have in her room at the assisted living facility she is in. It holds a lot of ice cream…. The temperature adjustment is on the outside rear of the freezer, which is not as handy as being inside, but no big deal. Nice size and weight. Good value for the investment to keep her in ice cream…

Once plugged it, it started to cool down right away. It came with a little ice cube tray, which was fully iced the next day when I checked on it. It’s a bit heavy to drag around, but still light enough for an old lady to carry across the lawn, up the stairs and into the house. Perfect for keeping a few extra things (like bird food) upstairs so you don’t have to go all the way to the kitchen. Fits into tight spaces and has enough space inside to store a fair amount of stuff. Can’t say about energy usage, since I haven’t had it long. So far, recommend.

The plastic covering the exterior was a little tiresome to remove. The delivery person must have been illiterate. It was left on my porch on it’s side, so I had to wait 24 hrs to plug it in. It got cold really fast and it is very quiet. Works great on the #3 setting it was set at out of the box.
