I learned how to use it very easily, and I usually add hot water to extract it, which can extend the battery life. Cold water is occasionally added to allow the machine to perform its self-heating function. To my surprise, the coffee extracted from this machine is as fragrant and effective as a home machine, which is perfect for my coffee habit, and I now take it with me every time I go out, not only traveling but camping.

It comes with several different attachments that allow you to make various kinds of espresso and it’s compact enough to keep on your desk or take on a trip.

The only issues I have experienced with it are:
1) It takes a long time to heat the water in the reservoir. Long enough that on more than one occassion I just boiled the water in my tea kettle to pass through it.
2) I have a bunch of nespresso refills and a broken nespresso machine, so I thought this would be a good way to use up those refills (and they are good!), Anyway, the adapter set for nespresso refills is hard to use. You have to align 2 notches and press it together firmly and then thread the adapter onto the bottom of the bivisty. You have to twist it on VERY tight, otherwise the nespresso pod isn’t punctured properly and all it does is builds pressure and bypass water. Even if you do get it to dispense the nespresso product properly, once it has finished and is HOT it becomes difficult to unscrew if you are making another serving. I think the heat is making parts tighten up due to expansion.
3) If you are using it to also heat the water it appears you can only make ~3-4 servings before needing to recharge the unit.

I am making my way through my nespresso refill supply though, and the ground espresso beans work well. Unit is easy to clean up, once you get it apart.
