These are so useful! Can be for pull up assistance, streching, and other push or pull acitivities.I’ve bought my fair share of resistance bands. Compared to others, these are great. No problems at all. I expect they will last a long time!They’re not going to give you the same type of consistent workout of free weights or even bodyweight push ups, pull ups because you’ll likely change footing and grip but are great as a supplement. You can take them anywhere which is fantasic and with the handles you can pretty much guarantee you won’t hurt yourself using them bare handed.A good range of resistances, and the seem very durable.

I use these a lot at the gym, they all have different resistances, are very simple, well made, sturdy and have the right range of elasticity. They are great for warming up the joints before the actual workout and are a key element of the workout.

Dude en comprar estas o las de goma tradicional pero definitivamente este es un excelente producto tan solo un día de usarlo se siente la gran diferencia。I definitely would recommend this to anyone else it is nicely made, and very sturdy for heavy weights.Very well made. Works great highly recommend。It’s much easier to use knees in the straps with this model to help get more even assistance and a fuller stretch for complete range of motion.
I don’t know what metric companies use to gauge the amount of resistance, but they almost always seem like a gross over estimate. Even if these still don’t feel quite like 50 lbs per strap though, they’re the closest to claimed weight that I’ve encountered, and more than enough to get the job done well. At around 200 lbs, all 5 bands still don’t quite give me negative resistance I would expect for 50 lbs per band. All 5 are much more than I need at this point though anyway, and 3 bands is much closer to what I currently use to get 15 to 20 reps for a single set, or 10 to 12 reps for multiple sets. If you do have to use all 5 bands, it’s quite a bit of bands material getting in the way, but it can still be manageable until you can work without as many bands.
I can easily recommend this package. It’s a good value as is, but looks even better compared to others I’ve seen and tried, and gives a lot of versatility for a range of skill and ability levels.
