I’m really frustrated with this printer. I have tried to install via cable, but computer don’t recognize printer. Then I tried wireless and I have not found a way to enter the password on the printer since it doesn’t accept alpha characters. This is ridiculous that a modern printer is not compatible to Windows 11. I have a friend coming by to help see if she can get it installed. I’ll update my review after another attempt to install.

I have to try to figure out how to just print without scrolling through all print prompts, like test print. 2 sided etc. I just want it to print and it seems like too many steps to get there. maybe i am missing a step or I just don’t have the hang of it yet. But I do really like the printer, great quality and compactness

I needed a good black and white printer to handle scanning / email / printouts etc… This printer performs well – easy to print from phone / computer etc… Very easy to scan with the Brother app and can send directly to email or text. I have 2 of these printers (office and home) and the machine works very well. I would buy again.
