This printer was EASY to set up, and to use.
I have yet to change the ink.

It was a very good product, arrived nicely packed but I have to return it because It was unable to print with Wi Fi, other than that this a great value for it’s price . Can not say more because I did not use it and returned as soon as I found out the issue of wireless incapability.

I have different Brother printer at work and it worked really good. So I ordered this
MFC-7240 there are couple of things I don’t like about it. First, it’s very loud when awake. Second, too bulky. Third, doesn’t have auto double sided print, you’ll have to open the tray and flip the page manually. Fourth, no wifi connection. I bought it for the fax feature. Wanted to return it but I git very busy. Print quality is good.

This machine will not work with a WIFi. I should have figured it out when I saw the phone attached. It is totally outdated. Kept it pass my due date to return.😣

This all in one fax/printer is great! Being able to scan straight to my computer is wonderful and the quality/image is so clear! Set up was a breeze with the manual. The only downfall that I did not read/notice is that the first toner only lasts up to 700 pages so I am already ordering toner but hey with such a great machine and how much extra work I’ve been able to get done it is extremely worth it!

It’s a good machine. It works and prints great.
The materials are a bit on the cheap sign, but not enough to be a negative.
Good:
The install was easy for me, but not for someone older..
The manual is substantial and does help.
Bad:
-Copier sucks if you need to feed the original through the scanner (it’s the kind that needs to run the paper through, not the flatbed). It almost never works as necessary and often feeds the paper sideways.
– Paper Jams were common before I really figured out how to do it.
If you do frequent scanning, you really shouldn’t get this machine. Only someone who needs the fax needs to get this machine. Otherwise, get a combo with the flatbed scanner.

We had an $300 HD wireless touch screen ink printer and the darn sucker. It was slow printing and wasted color. I love brother printers and set this thing up and it is perfect. Easy to set up and program to computer.

Trying to close out an office and our Brother finally broke (after years). We needed a printer to print a ton of paper everyday. We bought a cannon and regretted it straight away. Paper fetched up. Couldn’t seem to print form the computer without 5-6 hit print 😐 Was terrible. Could not find a brother anywhere so ordered this online. Absolutely NO regrets !!! It’s getting through what a small machine should not be capable of. Awesome product !!

It does what it’s supposed to do so if you only need black printing this is a great little workhorse. Also if you’re inclined to refill your own toner drum as I am, this one is easy to do and so much cheaper than buying a new toner…. like ten bucks vs. maybe $50 or so, not sure of price of new drum. Instructions and parts available online and easy.
