Several phone calls, hours on the phone, HP couldn’t solve my boot disc problem.
Finally sent to HP for service and the storage capacity had been modified. No wonder it wouldn’t boot up. HP restored it to original and is sending it back to me.
I expected a much better product from an Amazon seller.
