This watch is great. It has multiple alarm options – an hourly alarm, a countdown alarm, daily alarm – that all work coincidentally. I got this watch to help me keep my pace for my licensing test and it is perfect. The vibration alarm is subtle so I am not disturbing people around me but strong enough for me to actually feel it. Seems durable – I have never been disappointed by a Casio. It is also not too chunky/bulky. I have rather small wrists but it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

My spouse rises an hr earlier than me and I was losing sleep daily, she wears this and the little vibration gets her up and allows me to sleep, one caveat it would be nice if they created a more feminine looking version.

This is an awesome watch. As usual, Casio is giving me a good time with a watch with great features for around twenty dollars. Buying a watch from this is always fun and very low risk because of the low cost.
Pros with this watch:
It is fairly large and easy to read for my 50-year-old eyes. I can’t see some of the smaller writing inside the watch, but that seems to be unimportant (so far).
The operation is consistent across modes. Once you learn how to set the time, you know how to set everything else.
The vibrating alarm works very well. I can quickly set an alarm or timer (!) for some event during the day and only I will know when the alarm goes off. The vibration is strong enough to be noticed but not so strong that it scares you and leads to a heart attack or something. You can also switch between vibration and noise by just holding a button from the default watch mode. This is nice when I am grilling. The timer goes off and I know it is time to check the grill without making my whole family look up due to the noise.
The light is good and bright, but it is not a night light.
Excellent water resistance, which will be helpful for snorkelers or swimmers.
The band seems like it will last for a long time, and seems replaceable.
There are two circles that fill in every ten seconds and then empty over ten seconds. At first it confused me, then I realized that this could be a helpful way to count to ten (or twenty) if the need arises. No big deal, but kinda cool to watch when your phone battery is empty and you are left really needing something to do.
Cons…
Um…. uh…. let’s see…. I can’t think of any.

I thought that I lost my watch. The one that I had was Casio’s next tier higher (the low end G-Shock) than this model. The only visible difference between this one and the G-Shock is that the G-Shock has a metal clasp and this one has a plastic clasp.
I wore this for about 4 weeks and, low and behold, my G-Shock appeared out of nowhere. I am back to wearing the G-Shock, but will keep this around as a replacement.
While this one did not disappoint me on the quality-to-price ratio, if you can afford about double the price of this, I would recommend going with the low end G-Shock. I have two watches worth of years of use now, but when I am ready for another, I will definitely stick to the higher end version. If, however, you need a good watch and can’t spend more than $20 or so bucks on it, this is definitely worth that money!
and as far as the band and clasp go, anyone who’s used Casio watches like these for a couple of decades as I have will tell you that when the band or clasp goes south it is just economical to replace the whole watch, so weight you options between tiers when making your purchase. The next one that I buy

What can I say, but I got what I expected! Casio is one of the best brands for digital timepieces and this one is no exception. In fact, it’s the same watch Chris Kyle is wearing in the movie, American Sniper.
If you’re considering getting it for the vibrating alarm… well… let me just tell you that it has no “snooze” button, so if you don’t wake up immediately when it vibrates, you don’t wake up! Also, the vibrating alarm only vibrates for 30 seconds. So… it’s not exactly a true bedside vibrating alarm for me. I’m a heavy sleeper, for what that’s worth.
