Satisfied customer –
This little gizmo is great. I got it for cutting portions in nonstick cookware & bakeware, but I reach for it for pretty much everything. It is sturdy enough for pizza & cuts through crispy crust. Nothing really sticks to it either. Works well as a spatula for fairly solid casseroles & desserts.

I’ve had a hard time finding a good device to cut food in non-stick baking pans*. This works great to cut soft or hard items (lasagne to hard brownies) and also works as a spatula. I haven’t had it long, but it appears it will keep its “edge” and also looks like it will be safe for my pans.
*USA Pan silicone coated steel. They are great pans, but a bit expensive, so I don’t want to risk damage to the non-stick silicone so this cutter is a blessing.

Someone gave me one of these a few years ago. I use it for cutting pies & pizza. It works great!
You know how hard it is to cut the edges of the pizza with regular cutters because they hit the lipped part of the pizza pan? Well, this one does not! It completely cuts through the pizza and you don’t have to keep trying to cut sessions until it is all cut through.
As for the pies, it works so much better than a knife! I highly recommend it!

Prefect for slicing pre semi – sliced garlic bread after baking, slices of pizza that refuse to come apart and cutting through dessert treats without leaving marks { that sometimes rust later} on your metal pans.

Not happy with this. It shows it cutting pizza and bars – but I tried this for both pizza and bars with a crust and it wouldn’t cut. I am sure it would work for cake but that isn’t what I purchased it for.
Food, Glorious Food! –
I wanted a cutter for my silicone coated pans that wouldn’t damage the surface.
I searched high and low and finally settled on this one for the thickness and strength and thin cutting edge.
I am quite pleased with it except for one major issue -It is hard to cut to the outermost edges of the pan when you have to rock it downwards which then pivots the bottom corner away from the edge of the pan.
I do wish they would make one that is straight across the bottom instead of a mezzaluna shape.
On coated pans this does cut extremely well without damage to the pan – except for the edges, which is the most important area if you don’t want a torn crust/edges.
That said, the mezzaluna style would be great for getting through a pizza and on a flat pizza tray there would be no issue.
So for cutting pizza on a tray that you can’t use a knife or pizza wheel on, this gets a 10/10. But for traybakes or pies it gets a 5/10.
If only Chicago Metallic also made one that was straight instead of curved!
I am keeping mine but will continue to hunt for a traybake cutter.
I will review the winner when I unearth it!
