This product is a little bigger than I expected, make sure to measure your space before hand. i dont have a water hookup so i only use the water tank, it works great! Dishes always come out sparkling. There isn’t room for a lot of dishes but its perfect for a person living alone in a small apartment

Es muy fácil de usarla, tiene muchos modos. Aparte no es necesario conectarla al drenaje, con su manguera desagua en la tarja. Deja muy limpios los platos y todo lo que le metas, le caben bastantes cosas. Nada estorbosa.

My plan was to not attach to a tap, but
The tap symbol refuses to disappear?
Find the supplied water not of the same quality , will have to replace( leaks)
    The machine itself is GREAT
    Beautiful design and works well
A learning curve with all new appliances
    But expected

I’ve had this dishwasher for 7 months; I use it once a day. I typically run the Normal cycle, but I’ve tried all. It works very, very well.

This is a typical, contemporary, digitally controlled, multi-cycle dishwasher, just made small- counter size, which is the whole idea. It took me a little while figuring out how best to load my stuff. I find folding down all the basket dividers allows for most flexibility and greater loading.

    TIPS:

Be smart about loading: Make sure all bowls, cup, lids, etc., are upside down or sideways they don’t trap water, effectively removing it from the cycle. (It seems that sprayer pressure drops when water get trapped inside items causing the upper sprayer to have difficulty spinning, sometimes stopping altogether.)

A small dishwasher requires a small amount of detergent; don’t use too much detergent: Inner door says 6 grams, manual says 8 grams- Just fill the detergent receptacle, inside of door with powder detergent; don’t over fill it and it’ll be 6-8 grams. (Too much detergent seems to impede the top sprayer from spinning. A whole “pod” for a regular size dishwasher is way to much detergent.)

With sharp items like knives, be careful not to cut through the waterproof basket coating. Doing so will expose the underlying metal- which will rust. (This didn’t happen to me; someone else complained about this, and showed a picture of rust growing through a break in the coating.)

While a little bit of a chore, I towel-dry the basket and interior after every use, and I leave the door open to let machine dry. (This prevents bacterial growth and odors, and helps preserve the rubber seal on door and machine in general.)

    Cons:

I wish the interior was a mere 1/4″ wider; there’d be a little more clearance for my wider knifes. As is, I must be very careful to not let the knife tips continually scratch the plastic inner wall.

I wish the water pressure to the top sprayer was a little stronger; it seems a bit feeble. That said, when the correct amount of detergent is used, and when loading items so water doesn’t get trapped inside them during washing, the sprayer works well. (NOTE: At least on my machine, it’s normal for the top sprayer to begin spinning a few rotations, then stop for some seconds, then resume reliably. It seems the system takes a little time to sense and achieve the correct water pressure.)

In closing, the machine seems reasonably well-made by today’s standards- so, I “baby it.” It works very well. Now, I just have to see how long it’ll work trouble-free. I’m hoping to get at least 5 years out of it; if I do, I’ll upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Easy install, no issues with this product. As long as you don’t pack it, it cleans thoroughly and I have not had issues with hard water spots or anything. I use the pods on the ‘normal’ setting, however if you use pods on the ‘rapid’ setting the soap does not all disappear, so I would recommend using a smaller amount of the powder detergent for the ‘rapid’ cycle.

Not the fastest dishwasher, but does a good job. Dishes are squeaky clean no matter how dirty they go in. The air refresh helps keep the dishwasher mold-free as well. Fits a couple of days dishes for a single person.

I’ve had this dishwasher for a year now, and it’s still working strong. I use it by filling it instead of having it hooked up to the sink. The draining hose is long so I can run it down into a large bucket to drain later. The machine is heavy, and a bit bulky but it’s a dishwasher. Honestly, my favorite appliance I own. It cleans dishes great. Cycles take like 2 hours, but I don’t have to wash the dishes. Just scrape off the food and stack it in there. You can cram a lot inside, like 4 plates and 5 mugs, and a bunch of silverware. It’s not too loud either.

If you hate washing dishes, I definitely recommend. It doesn’t take giant plates though, only medium/small. Very easy to hook up and clean, just make sure the hose is secured wherever you put it cuz it dumps the water pretty hard pressure wise so the hose might slide off out of a bucket if you do it that way. I got my dollars worth on this thing and it’s still working strong.

We have one child about to turn 2 who still uses bottles, and we have another on the way. I didn’t mind doing dishes at the end of the night each day, but having to spend an extra 20 minutes cleaning bottles was really getting to me, since after I put our child to bed is the time I have to work on my business. We don’t have a full size dishwasher where we live, but I figured if this dishwasher can help me recapture those 20 minutes at the end of my night, that would be great to help me get more work done. And this dishwasher has helped me do exactly that.
We live in a 1 family house, so there is decent countertop space, which you’ll need for this machine. If you live in an absolutely tiny space with little to no countertop, this likely won’t work for you. The footprint is about 17″ W x 19″ D x 20″ H. If you have the countertop space, then this might work for you.
First, some cons about the machine:
    1) you will almost always have dishes to handwash. Items like pots, pans, larger dishes will not fit in here. So if you’re cooking regularly, sure, you can load up some smaller plates and utensils in here, but you’ll still be handwashing dishes while the machine is on
    2) it takes time to load the dishes. Because it is a small dishwasher, you will have to take a few minutes to manuever things to fit in to maximize the dishes you can load, especially early on. After a month of using it, I have a sense of what I can put in and what I can’t, but early on, I felt like it took about 10 minutes to load, in which time I could’ve probably handwashed those same dishes.
    3) Utensils are going to be hit or miss to load. I’m not sure what silverware Comfee used to design the utensil holder, or maybe I have oversized knives, but not everything can be placed in the utensil holder, which is frustrating.
Some pros about this machine: 1) you don’t need to connect it to your faucet or have a direct water connection. You can fill it up using the cup and sleeve that comes with the machine. Just remove the top, sit the sleeve on the machine, and pour water in using the 1.8L cup. It will take about 4 of those to fill the machine.
    2) It does the job to get dishes clean. I was initially expecting the dishes to come out with residue or other crud, but the dishwasher does a surprisingly good job to get all the dishes clean, including utensils, baby bottles, etc.
    3) It could save you costs for water. You have to fill the machine up with 5L of water for every wash, so you know how much water you’re using, versus how much water you might use while handwashing dishes in the sink.
    4) When it comes to baby bottles, I prefer having a machine that does more than just bottles, rather than a machine that occupies space on my countertop that just does bottles.
Ultimately, for us, it’s helped us recapture time at the end of the night (and we haven’t had any baby bottles pile ups since getting this dishwasher) so for us it’s a keeper. If you loathe dishes, are 1 or 2 people with just a few dishes each night, or you have baby bottles that you can’t stand washing, then I recommend this dishwasher. It’s been great for us, even though we still have dishes to handwash each night.
