I received my recliner, the delivery process was smooth. I am very pleased with this product. Itโs exactly what I need for when baby finally arrives. At this price point, you wonโt find a better chair. I went through so many reviews on here and Babylist before buying this chair, and I was honestly scared to purchase it, because so many people complained about how uncomfortable it is, how it squeaks, how itโs this and that. My experience has been the opposite. My chair does not creak or squeak, it is super comfortable, and it looks great! For me, this is an awesome chair. It does not need extra cushioning, my neck and head can perfectly rest on the back side (Iโm 5โ5โ). My husband too (6โ0โ). I donโt get all the hate this chair gets.
Iโm thinking the negative reviews are from people who based their purchase solely on price and did not bother to really research the specs and see if it was going to work for them. My advice to anyone looking to purchase this chair: please donโt just look at price. You want to make sure the chair is a good fit for you. There is no point in making a purchase and then it doesnโt work for you. Youโre just wasting your time and your money. This chair, like many others in the marketplace, have weight and height restrictions. Please make sure it works for your specific weight and height. Also, consider what type of firmness you like in a chair. I love recliners that are plush myself, but I find this one is a little firmer, but still really comfortable. It is not too firm or too soft. But some people may need more plushiness. If thatโs you, this is not the chair you want. Also, check the dimensions you need in your room. Compared to another model I was set on, this one is a little bigger than what I needed for my space, but it still works all the same for me. Lastly, consider how much recline you want. This one does enough reclining for my taste. I donโt particularly like going too far back. This chair will allow you to push back, but you have to really work for it. I personally donโt care for reclining that far back, so I likely wonโt be using that feature, but if youโre someone who wants to recline ALL the way back, this chair may not be a good fit.
One last note: when we assembled the chair, we noticed the foot rest didnโt go up very much at first. But I have noticed that over time, it has expanded more and more. So if you end up purchasing this chair, just keep in mind that out of the box, it may not lift your feet as high, but with time it will actually come lift higher as you use the recliner feature.

Fantastic chair for the price. I am 5โll and I can comfortably lean my head back while I nurse. My head does hit the top of the back of the chair unless I slouch a bit, but when Iโm reclined slouching a little isnโt uncomfortable, it feels cozy. There isnโt much lumbar support, so I bought a separate lumber support pillow (like youโd use in a car), but I donโt need to use that to be comfy. Being tall, I love this chair, however, the seat is deep, so a short person might have trouble with their feet hitting the floor. The cushions are pretty firm, but comfortable. The fabric cleans very easily and feels soft. The chair is quiet while rocking, but it does make a somewhat loud sound when you push the foot rest back in and it locks into place. Also, pushing the foot rest back into place does take some effort, but that doesnโt bother me. I love this chair and wish I had it with my first two babies!

Omg I loooove this. Iโm a first time mom and I knew I needed a rocking chair and this one is perfect. When my baby spits up and it gets on the chair itโs so easy to clean, comes right off without leaving a stain. Assembly was so easy. Itโs so comfortable and did I mention itโs so freakin cute?! Couldnโt beat the price, donโt think twice! Buy it!

The glider part is very smooth; however, the recliner function is very hard to work. It is hard to release the footrest up and even harder to push down into the lock position. This is a faulty design especially for new moms who are healing their core. It took all my strength to lock the foot rest back into position. The recliner part also doesn’t stay up. The color works well and I do enjoy the glider function, but overall, I wish I had gone to a store to try gliders out before settling for this one.

Very nice small recliner; it’s comfortable, doesn’t take up a lot of room and it’s the perfect size for me (5’2″). I like a chair that swivels and rocks (it’s a glider – almost the same action) and it also gives me the option of reclining if I want. It was very easy to put together. It seems to be made with quality materials. I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it.

The chair arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. My husband had no issues – pop the back part into the base and we were good to go.
As far as gliding, it works great and is comfortable.
My biggest issue with this chair is the crappy foot rest. I was on the hunt for a glider with recline option and this one seemed like it would work. It was difficult because we weee purchasing during covid, so I could not try out the chairs and many others were on backorder. Anyways, when you put the foot rest out, it doesnโt even hold my legs up. Ok 5โ6โ and 155 lbs postpartum, and literally the leg rest falls down when I kick it out. Like my legs are too heavy. Not just that but my legs dangle off the end. Again, Iโm average height, so this seems inconvenient.
As others have mentioned, it is also occasionally loud. When I put the foot rest down, you have to do so forcefully and it clicks loudly. Other times I just stand up from it in gliding position and it makes a loud clank.
Overall, the chair is functional and helpful, but I would not purchase again.
