The rear pads were damaged when they arrived, and the rear rotors were the wrong ones. I explained this to the return department at Detroit Axle and I returned them. I have proof they were returned, Amazon told me I would get a credit, but Detroit Axle will not issue the credit. Amazon and Detroit Axle are playing a shell game, both saying it is the other parties fault, and they refuse to contact each other. So after a year, I still do not have my credit. I will never order from Detroit Axle again.

Pros:
Looking at the pads they are obviously ceramic which is true to the advertised type. They are also a coarse ceramic which is suited to the application (2014 F150). Vent groove appears adequate, but thinner than the OE pad.
The rotors are well machined and oil coated for storage to prevent rust. (Which needs to be washed off with brake parts cleaner prior to install.)
The included hardware seems decent. It tends to only partially snap in, so a pair of needle nose pliers is a good idea. There were also two that fit the pad a little tight causing me to grind a very small amount off or the pad so they release properly after braking.
Cons:
Parts cleaner and brake fluid ship separately due to Hazmat regulations and arrive later than the main kit. Not a major issue. For this install I used my own parts cleaner and fluid so I can’t speak to the quality of that part of the kit.
I’ve seen several reviews that say dust was a problem. I believe that is from the hardware failing to seat properly in the caliper bracket or gripping the pad too tightly. As mentioned above I came across two that were too tight and would have allowed the pad to be held against the rotor if they were not addressed during install. It could also be dry slide pins on the caliper if you didn’t lube them during install.
To avoid any issues, I ground the coating on the pad to make sure they weren’t too tight inside the hardware, completely cleaned and lubricated the slide pins, hardware and contact points on the pad shim.
During test drive, they performed noiselessly and smooth as butter.

Honestly a really good deal for a full brake job, rotors are good quality and pads seem to be pretty good.
HOWEVER, the caliper hardware is terrible and if at all possible either reuse your current hardware or buy another kit separately. I fought the hardware on one side for nearly an hour trying to get it to sit in the caliper bracket right then fought getting the pads to sit in correctly. The other 3 sides I cleaned, greased the existing hardware and everything fit fine.

Customer service is very very quick to blame the customer and not so quick to provide service. Apparently their warranty does not cover do it yourself projects so buyer beware

Parts fit just fine. Good packing and shipped in decent time. Replace one I had an issue with, no problem at all. Sent a picture of the issue and sent a replacement. Would order from them again.

Read other reviews and people complained about not being labeled front and rear. If you can’t figure that out on your own, you should be paying someone to repair your brakes. These fit nicely, brake cleaner was nice addition.
