Matybe 5 stars is too high. My GF and I certainly have complaints, but we have tried many, and until we can find something better, I kind of feel this should get positive recognition as being among the best.
This is our current favorite ring. I don’t believe it offers me much in the way of increasing the duration of the erection (the traditional function of a cock ring). However, it really gets the GF going and that is a lot of fun for me!
Complaints with this one (the reason we are still trying others) are:
1) The ring part breaks after about (typically) 8-12 uses. (we have yet to run down a set of batteries before it breaks and run it at least 30 minutes per use).
2) Can slip and rotate while in use. Especially if a silicone lube is used before the ring is placed. We are finding coconut oil works better (although it doesn’t last so long as silicone).
3) The points of the “flames” are uncomfortable if the ring gets in the wrong position (when the ring breaks). Between being made of a semi-soft material and having a rounded point, they don’t stab, but they are still “pointy”. I guess I am trying to say is that it is like a pebble in your shoe, it is an unwelcome interruption, but as soon as you remove it, things are back to normal. Usually it takes her several seconds to realize there is a problem, so the discomfort is not sudden or intense!
Pros:
1) Battery life good and cost is low. We get an average of about 10 uses per ring. You do the math!
2) The flames lick her in the right places!!!
3) Easy to clean, we put them on hooks in the shower and just give them a quick clean during daily shower.

1) A little difficult to turn on off, but this is compensated for because it does not accidentally turn off in use! Others have a button on one end of the vibrating tube.
