I have a short scale squire mustang and they work great. Just make sure you give them a good stretch after installation
zippy –
I’ve tried a bunch of different strings. Some were too bright for my tastes, these work just right for me to get the sounds and tones I like. They also stay tuned very well and to my ears, they have helped increase the sustain like crazy.
Tim O’Donnell –
You still here the lower tones but it’s bright how high end it doesn’t bend that good but plucking and slapping sounded good.
