Was looking for a nice looking kettle and this was perfect. Works like a charm so far. The water level window is behind the handle which is hard to read. I look inside to make sure there’s enough water before turning it on. That would be my only issue.

I like the speed this product boils water when I’m being practical. But when my heart speaks instead of my head…….I LOVE the look of this beauty !!! It removes the ugly from the practical use. It looks wonderful on my counter along side my same shade green toaster.

Almost perfect.
There are tons of things to like about this tea kettle, my favorite of which is the retro look of it. The details go down to the top cover with the white inlay on the stainless steel. You get a “just at” boiling point for water so it’s not a hard boil and won’t burn your drinks or scald your mouth into oblivion.
I love that the soft green color and the automatic shut-off as well. And it really does reach temperature extremely fast, even when filled to max. Having an auto-shut off function is awesome too because I can’t even count the number of times I’ve returned to the stove and the pan has been dry on a hot burner.
One thing I think could be improved upon is that the side view where you can see the water level is quite long, but the max fill line is only about half the length of the view. So you’ll have to be aware of that and not fill the thing all the way up even though it will be an easy mistake to make.
The only real complaint I have with the kettle is that it is LOUD!!! That being said, I’ve never had an electric kettle before so the only thing I have to compare it to is a stove top kettle of which I’ve never had one as loud as this item; it’s a small price to pay for a great kettle, however.
Ultimately I love the thing and it holds a large amount, keeps the water relatively hot in between cups, and the temperature gauge right on the front is superb.
As far as retro kettles go, it’s a little expensive and there are cheaper options if you shop around, but it is still a pretty fair price point and seems to be pretty well made. I expect it will last a good while with proper care.

Doesn’t take too long to get to max temp. It’s a little louder than some other brands I had but it’s not a big deal.

This is a great, fast ta kettle. I bought it to heat up water to correct temp when making bread. Easy ;display guage will help me do that. But for oatmeal, tea, etc it is great. I also think it is so cute. I normally buy red for my kitchen but I just loved dthe look of the green . Even my husband likes it. Thanks again for a nice product. Easy transaction.

Heats fairly rapidly and I like the thermometer in the front to view the water temperature. Easy to use clear area on handle to judge water level for a number of cups.
