I bought this for my feeder roach colony to make it easier to access them and to drop food into the enclosure. While the hinge aspect works really great, it doesn’t fit snugly on a 10 gallon standard glass aquarium. There’s a bit of a gap that over hangs on the edges. And the gap around the hinge isn’t ideal.
I’ve had escapees in the past few weeks.

Perfect for my row of 10 gallon tanks. I purchased one… liked it, then repurchased several more. There is a gap on the hinges and no locking mechanism with that said solved a problem for my leopard geckos I didn’t know I had. I 100% recommend this screen top.

The lid doesn’t fit a 10 gallon like advertised, it also doesn’t function very well, because part of the side lifts up and doesn’t sit down. Not the best, but it’s cheap so what can you expect

This is actually a decent cover for a 10gallon aquarium. My tank is actually a tiny bit smaller , but this works well. I would suggest putting your hoses from heaters and air filters out the corners. Only problem is not completely flush with top of tank with the hoses I have coming from the water although my fish would have to be Tom cruise from mission impossible to get out.

I bought this as a lid for my daughters aquarium. As long as you dont buy it thinking youre still going to use a over the back filter its perfect! I bought it as a cheaper more sturdy alternative to a glass lid. My cats jump on it and again it was for my daughers so less glass is a plus. It fits my 10 gallon tank very well and leave enough room for me to feed an air line for the filter through, and the heater cord. Its kept my cats out of my tank as well as stray fingers!
