Furhaven Memory Foam Dog Bed With Bolsters

Es super cómoda. Hemos comprado distintas camas a lo largo de los años y esta es extremadamente cómoda, incluso para un humano, y a mi perrita que nunca le gustaron mucho las camas (las agarraba de juguetes), de inmediato aceptó ésta. Eso me parece que lo dice todo. El modelo Jumbo le queda perfecto a un perro mediano, porque aunque parece sobrado, le permite cambiar de posición y dormir ya sea sobre los colchones que tiene o sin ellos y hasta subir sus peluches para compartir con ellos el colchón. No es muy rígido, y si se dobla regresa y mantiene su forma firme. Al pisar la cama, el material absorbe bien el peso y casi no transmite las vibraciones. Es ligero y eso ayuda si tienes que moverla constantemente. Lo único negativo que le veo es el precio, que me parece algo elevando considerando que aunque está muy bien diseñado y se ven bien los materiales, tampoco son de lujo y no creo que justifique el precio. Aún así lo compré principalmente por esos colchones fijos que tiene en los bordes y efectivamente le encanta recargarse en ellos, fue una excelente elección.

Both dogs seem to prefer the Furhaven bed. This bed is slightly bigger and softer the Laifug but both easily fit our big greyhounds. The laifug is slightly more thick and doesn’t compress as much as the Furhaven

The Laifug seems built to last longer if you have a destructive dog. The Laifug bedding is less likely to be torn by claws and the underlying between the soft layer and memory foam mattress seems more water/pee proofed. Because of this lining though the Laifug makes an annoying “crumple” sound when they get up and reposition on it

Overall both the dogs and we seem to prefer the Furhaven

My dog really likes this bed. The cover is really soft to the touch and the padding is nice and supports her 60lb frame just fine. The bed is more square than rectangular and there is plenty of space for her to stretch out. What I really like is that the bolster is not too high so she is able to use it and still be comfortable. It’s pretty easy to remove the cover and wash as well.

I have two large Malinois Shepherd mix doggies. They used to sleep in the bed with me and I never got any sleep. (BED HOGS!)
As soon as they each got their own memory foam bed, I got my bed back! They laid down on them as soon as they gave them a proper sniff inspection. And they love them!
Only con – one of my pups is a chewer and chewed a hole in her bed on the second day of having it. On the bright side, she normally tears up the whole bed, whereas she loves this one so much she only made a hole about the size of a fist.
Pros – Super soft, good support for larger dogs and old doggy joints, and finally a bed that is big enough for my dogs!

Update: Whilst the dogs continued to love laying on these beds, my chewer has demolished both of them. I am sad that they will not have the cushioning for their joints anymore, but at the price point I can’t justify buying them again as they are so easily destroyed.

It’s huge and both dogs love it. They always trade beds and both have no problem fitting in and sleeping in this one. It is pretty big.
Was a little bit of a pain to zip the cover over the cushion pieces but I’m sure that’s pretty standard.

Purchase bed for our 50lb GoldenDoodle, we like the egg crate form pad inside to give it comfortable
support. The cover zips over the pad and is easy to remove for washing. The side rails attach to the bed.
The cover is low pile fuzzy fabric is durable and can be vacuumed to keep it looking clean. Our dog sleeps on it regularly and its big enough for him to spread out. I highly recommend this product for its value at a affordable price point.

I bought this pet bed to replace older dog bed that was not worth using any more. This bed is plush and soft and my dogs love it. I bought the large bed. The cats try to sleep on it too at times if they can squeeze in. I have two small Yorkies and a Chihuahua. They all fit on this bed just fine. My husband has a Pomeranian. It is a tight squeeze for all 4 pups, but no problem, I ordered another of the exact same one. These are very pretty beds. They seem easy to clean. I brush off any matter that the pups get on the bed, like grass clippings or such. So far so good. I have only had the bed for a about a week so I don’t know yet how the cleaning or washing of the cover will go. It has a zipper that is used to remove the cover, so it seems it should go well. After reading many reviews, I decided to try this bed. I’m tired of pup beds that go “flat” after a few weeks of use, making the bed senseless for the pups to even use. They might as well just lay on the hard floor. I think this bed will keep its shape. After reading the reviews for this bed, I chose the memory foam bed. This seems to be the best choice for a bed that will keep its shape and not be flat upon arrival either. Make sure you chose the type of material you want inside of the bed. I read that the egg carton material did not keep the shape well and had little cushion, so that is why I chose the memory foam, and I am glad that I did. It’s a great bed for my pups and very pretty to see on the floor. I got the deep sapphire blue and it is dark enough not to show dirt so easily and also it is quite beautiful. I did buy a size larger than I though I would need, and the reviews were right about that. I ended up with the perfect size for where I wanted to place it. Had I not read the reviews, I would have gotten a size smaller, so I am glad I read them. Every one of my pups love to use the cushion for a pillow. I have the bed up against a wall with the cushion (supportive bolsters) facing out towards the room. I love this dog bed and I’m sure you will too, but it’s even better since my dogs all love it too.
UP DATE: I have washed the covers and dried them in the washer and dryer. They came out perfect and very clean. These are great beds, just be sure to get the material you want on the inside. The memory foam is holding up well. Still as cushy and full as when purchased. No more “flat” dog beds. Also, if you should need to, you can purchase a new cover only.
