I very much like this torch…the fact that it is very easily lit using igniter on side of handle. It quickly burns through those pesky, ugly weeds and easily stored just by hanging on a nail. Be prepared to have fun ridding your yard of weeds and making return trips for more propane!

This is light and well balanced, easy to start and easy to use. You need 2 hands available to trigger the igniter. I usually turn the gas on half way when igniting, then fine tune from there. It’s easy enough that turning it off when switching garden beds makes sense. It is very sturdy, and torches the weeds in the garden and between pavers very well. Careful near screens, and it will melt landscaping fabric.

Yes, it works but it is not as fast as the ads indicate. Also, LP gas is not cheap.

Best purchase I have made in years! I have a stone path and a ton of river rock in my landscaping. After frying up all the weeds it looks amazing! It even burned up leaves and old dead weeds left behind from just killing the weeds previously. Didn’t leave burn marks or any noticeable residue on any of the rocks either. Was shocked by how much area I was able to do with two propane cylinders. I swapped them out multiple times to let them rest since I was not taking breaks as it was too much fun! LOL

Highly susceptable to any wind. It is awkward to ignite and the fuel consumption is worse than others; but it is very inexpensive. So, if there is a barely perceptable breeze it will work fine.
