Amazon Customer –
Bought a Whirlpool Dryer less than two years ago. Stopped heating so I invested $100 in parts to fix it. Still no heat, so I called a repairman who gave me a quote for $244. Because it’s less than two years old I called Whirlpool and asked if they could throw me a bone and send me the part. They said no.
I asked them if they cared about their customers. They said yes! I asked do you stand by your products. They said yes! I asked again, can you send me a part? They said no. So I explained to them if they stand by their products and care about their customers, they will send me the part. I asked again, can you send me a part? They said no.
Seriously this is probably a $50 part for them. They are not interested in throwing their customer a bone, and I’m no longer interested in Whirlpool products. Took to their reviews to let their customers know about my experience. Adding to Facebook to do the same. I’m out an additional $244 and they don’t want to help, I can at least do $244 damage to the Brand and feel better about myself!
Don’t buy this junk from a manufacturer who do doesn’t stand by their product and doesn’t care enough about their customers to throw them a bone! So I tried this one.
