Good product, sturdy not thin, easy to use and clean, food do not stick to them if sprayed lightly with oil.

I got tired of cleaning my old non stick baking pan even after spraying the pan fully before using. This pan has a unique coating that really looks like it will resist scratches and I was pleasantly surprised after using it the first time. The non stick properties of this pan left it absolutely clean. A quick rinse with soap & water is all it took. The color is a nice touch.

Made a new recipe cake that turned out very well. Easily came out of pan. Manufacturer asks that you not use cooking spray, preferably butter or oil.

This is my second purchase of this muffin pan because they are wonderful! They cook evenly but most important are so easy to clean. I also have Gorham muffin pans which are NOT easy to clean. The batter sticks badly. I had previously purchased one Granitestone to make a set of four pans total but recently made that second purchase because I like them so much better. Hope to eventually replace all the Gorham with the Granitestone!

It is very sturdy, also heavy, much heavier than my previous Granitestone pots and pans. Then I noticed this one says it is Granitestone Dianond. Maybe that accounts for it being heavier. Anyway, I baked cornbread muffins in it and they turned out as good as done in cast iron. Despite it being slightly warped upon arrival it is usable and I opted to keep it.

I delayed doing this review because I wanted to observe if they continued to release baked muffins after a number of uses and I can say for sure that they are just as good as the day I got them almost 4 months ago. I am very satisfied. I don’t have to grease the tins and they wash easily even when I bake muffins with jam in the centre. Strongly recommend this excellent product!

All of my pots and pans are granitestone and I love them! It all started on Christmas Day, when an infomercial came on advertising an 8inch granitestone skillet for 19.99. I bought it on a whim… and wow! The easiest pans to clean, I don’t use any oil to cook in them, amazing. So I’ve really been wanting the cupcake tin too. I had it in my cart elsewhere for 20.00, but when I actually went to buy it, it was out of stock. So I looked on Amazon and found this set. Talk about heavy, and super sturdy! Not what I was esxpecting, better than, actually! I made frittatas in the cupcake pan, no spray, they came out with zero effort. I made blueberry oat bread in the bread ban, didn’t stick at all. Just buy these, you will love them!

I could not wait to bake cake layers in this pan. Because if they stuck even a little bit -I WAS GOING TO SEND THEM RIGHT BACK. They did DID NOT STICK at ALL !!!!!! I plan to hand wash to keep them working this great !!! Very happy !!!
