There are some pros and multiple cons on this product for me. Pros: perfect size, the cage overall is exactly what I was wanting and looking for and it was simple directions to follow. Cons: Although it was simple to figure out how to put it together, there were SO many parts that didn’t fit correctly and that came damaged. There was a hole in the top and a bunch of glue or something seeping out of that hole, it was a pain in the ASS to scrub that off. The hinges on the doors don’t tighten to make it flush- making the doors hard to open and shut as they overlap/overhang and hit each other/get stuck on each other. There were multiple places where I had to drill my own holes to screw pieces in- and then there’s a piece that goes on the bottom back that isn’t the size it needs to be to fit there. Super frustrating dealing with all those issues. Oh, not to mention the second I put my hamster in there (although he loves his new large space) he started chewing on the wood 🥲 Overall it’s very cheaply made, and it’s very noticeable as you put it together. *Edit* Seller did want to make it right as they could see it should not have came like this. They have great customer service, so with that said- I would consider buying from them again just for that alone.

This products parts look as though they were measured and cut by a blind person missing both hands. Several staples used to secure the mesh to the trim missed the mark, making potential poke and snag points for any hands not being careful enough. The top board came warped enough i could of used it to make a rocking chair. Not to mention not a single screw hole was predrilled, so as you are trying to wrestle warped unsquare parts into place, you either just hope you dont split anything or predrill it yourself.
Edit to add: The customer service has been in contact and has been doing well to make amends.

I recently got this guinea pig cage, and it’s fantastic! It was super easy to assemble, very spacious, and incredibly sturdy. The clear sides offer great visibility, so I can always see my guinea pig playing and exploring. My guinea pig loves it, and I feel confident it’s safe and durable. Highly recommend!

I bought this cage for my little hedgehog. It’s perfect! It wasn’t too difficult to put together. Everything was clearly labeled. Once together, it looks beautiful. This cage will be super easy to clean because of the design and the acrylic bottom and sides. It’s a little less sturdy than expected but I don’t think that will be a problem.

Big beautiful cage when put together. The front and side glass make it so you can see your pet at all times. Very roomy with plenty of space. Not overly hard to put together. Just requires a simple screwdriver and some common sense. I highly recommend it.
