We needed a chest freezer for both my deer meat and mommas breast milk. This was the perfect purchase. It’s a great deal for your money. Showed up undamaged. Delivered 10 days early. Easy to unpackage. I plugged it in and it got right to work. I was gone a few hours and it’s ready to store stuff. I was shocked at how good of a product it was. I read some negative reviews and backed away. I ended up getting it and I’m very glad I did. 10/10 recommend the 10cuft one.

Loved this little freezer at first, after the first month of use the compressor wouldn’t click on .tried troubleshooting it just won’t work .Thought purchasing through a well branded company would be the best option but clearly it was not because its been over two weeks and iv contacted customer service three times with no response, while its clearly under warranty. iv emailed, iv called and left voicemails and no one ever reaches out to help . So i wouldn’t suggest purchasing unless you’re ready to lose $350 on a product with no product support

This freezer works terrific! It was delivered on time, in fact, the delivery guys called as they were on the way. They unpacked it in the truck, keeping all the packing material in the truck. They brought it into the garage, plugged it in, and checked to be sure it was working well. Within 20 minutes of their arrival, they were gone. It works great with a constant temperature.

The freezer itself is great, this should not mess with the functionality of the freezer at all it is cosmetic. It is still a little disheartening to pay good hard earned money to receive a dented up freezer. It does pop out easily if you take a min and fix it. Overall, i would buy it again.

I love my new chest freezer but it isn’t a Hamilton Beach, it’s a Frigidaire. The name is wrong on the page. It looks identical to the one pictured but with a different name. It has helped me tremendously from the crappy freezer on my refrigerator and you can’t beat the great price. Highly recommend.
