This stuff is brill and doesn’t stink out your kitchen. I used to buy Repashy for my axolotls for emergency but now a days it’s costing an arm and possibly a leg. Found this and it’s the exact same but a lot cheaper, already made and doesn’t smell.
One of my axolotls refuses to eat worms and she was on this for a few weeks, she’s now eating pellets and slowly putting the weight on.
So if your looking for grub pie for your reptile or axolotl thats already made, doesn’t require a full can of air freshener to get rid of stench and doesn’t cost a few limbs then buy buy buy.

I was really hoping my gecko would like this. He ate it on the first day but after that refused it. I resigned to mixing it with fruit powder for my crested gecko. So it wouldn’t go to waste.

I didn’t think he’d even try to eat it cause it doesn’t wriggle but i started him off by feeding him some waxworms with the tweezers, it is a jelly like texture so by squishing the tweezers i go it to wobble he licked it and then snatched it up!!!! he ate 3 big blobs full before he was full. he seems to like it more than the worms!
so glad i found this! as i normally feed him gust filled roaches cause they are a bit more nutritious but they have been hard /pricer to get in lock down so this gives me peace of mind to know he’s getting the nutrition he needs :D! defiantly gonna get more to keep in stock as back up food for him.

This is a horrible product .. Do NOT buy… its very watery unlike what is stated in the description. Horrible to work with. Both of my geckos would not try it and actually turned away and refused to attempt even tasting it. I don’t blame them it was just awful looking and the smell wasn’t great either. Would NOT recommend.

My leopard gecko is blind sadly. He cannot eat on his own so I have to syringe feed him. This stuff I mix with non flavored pedialyte and Fluker’s High AMP Boost Reptile
Supplement. Works really well but god it smells awful. I keep it in 2 ziplocks in my fridge and when I open it to feed the lizard I gag everytime. It smells like a sewer but 10 times worse. So maybe buy a nose plug with this.

This food is great and very convenient. You just keep it in the fridge once opened, I feed my gecko straight from the spout he loves it and it means I don’t have to look after live insects or have loose bugs running around. My gecko is in great condition on this food

After about 1 week, my package the food was in, had swollen up, and later exploded scaring the living daylights out of every living thing in our house, as it sounded somewhat like a firecracker going off at 3AM, and made a huge mess. I followed the instructions to the best of my ability, kept the cap on tight, and had it in the refrigerator, but maybe I’m supposed to open it every now and then? My geck is picky, like most, and pretty much wanted nothing to do with the food. With a little trickery, I got my ol girl to eat this, and she seemed to like it just fine, but she wouldn’t try it again, instead looking at it like it was an alien. Maybe if you fed it to them from an early stage, they might be more used to it, but for mine it was a no go.
Not every gecko is interested –
I had rescued a vary weak leapard gecko that is severely underweight and this stuff gave him energy and he started pooping and gaining weight my other’s even really like it this stuff is great.
