Product of very poor quality. All the sticks were filled with dust, which might be acceptable, but one of the sticks was so sticky that I couldn’t even use it. The tips were all extremely rusty, as if they had been stored in a damp and poorly maintained basement for about fifteen years. For the price, it’s definitely to be avoided.

This is my second purchase of these perches and they are very nice. Good for their feet to have different size perches. They love chewing on them and rubbing their heads on them. They are easy to install and come with two washers and wing nut for each perch. Since they are shredders by nature I’m sure I’ll be back for more. They do last longer than the dowel perches that come with a cage.

I had the idea to use this idea for my snake! I am making a background out of cork bark, and thought this would be a perfect way to add in some different climbing opportunities and height options to my snake for basking and enrichment purposes. The branches are extremely sturdy, and with the built in washers and butterfly nut, I could be confident that they will hold while he explores. I will definitely update with a picture when I have everything finished, but these are great for more than just birds!

When I first found my conure, I was so worried about him developing bumblefoot (parrot foot infection) from perching on smooth wood. I got this pack of little branches and they’re his favourite!
This pack of branches offers a variety of texture for your parrot’s feet, so they don’t develop infections. The wood is bird-safe and very durable, considering they’ve managed to withstand my conure’s nibbling for 4-5 months.
They can be attached to cages or any rack-type material, as you can see in the video. You can even create a window perch by screwing one of these branches into a suction cup and attaching it to your window! They’re suitable for small to medium birds (Quakers, Conures, Cockatiels, Budgies, Finches etc.).
My conure’s setup wouldn’t be the same without these branches. Definitely a staple purchase!
