So this is my starter robot vacuum. It is good for the job I expected from it, and I was hopeful that it would be smooth to operate; however, the app does not have the option for this particular model and does not register the code. what can I do to connect this vacuum to the app?
thanks

Easy to set up, vacuums fine, but is the dumber than bag of rocks. Gets stuck in loops constantly. Small recess for a door?better vacuum that location until the end of time. Table leg, sofa leg, other common household obstacle? Time to cycle around it for all eternity. Shoe in the way? I’m stuck! Says the Roomba through it’s 1950’s era speaker.
Haven’t had issues with other, older Roombas, but this one does not work well enough to justify the full price, let alone the sale price. Looks elsewhere if you want clean floors.

Used for over a week. It’s done a very good job cleaning my house. Just pick up the wires on the floor and everything else would be very easy.

Honestly this unit did a decent job on the floor -when it could keep itself together-. The little corner brush that spins and knocks dirt in front of the roller bar comes off if it hits an obstacle. I’d expect that from a knockoff brand, but I didn’t expect that from the real thing. When it kept the bar on, it actually did a pretty good job of cleaning the floors. It navigated well, held a charge long enough to do multiple rooms and the app has multiple suction modes which is actually pretty convenient. The price point could maybe use some work. I know it’s cheaper than their other units but seriously it’s still a $200+ robot vacuum that does a garbage job if the little brush pops off. With it on, I’d give it four stars, but with it off I might give it two. It could use a little bit of an update. There are competitors offering LiDAR robot vacuums in this price range that do a killer job (and stay together). The combo unit wasn’t half bad, and honestly this unit seemed to do a better job with dirt and hair all around, but they could both use some adjustments. It seems like a small screw holding the edge brush on would fix the only real problem I had with the unit.

Iโve had this for almost a month and it has only once โfinishedโ a job and returned home; it only cleaned the room itโs sitting in and never ventured further. It gets stuck every time it goes. Sometimes it can navigate around the same exact areas with no issues of getting stuck and the next time itโs stuck. When it actually cleans it does a good job of cleaning but it never actually cleans because itโs always stuck. Huge waste of money, would not recommend to anyone.

I like that it goes in pattern.

we have no way to program this as after we got it we found it isn’t compatible with a 5G network. Who doesn’t have a 5G network??? Although we can’t program it, we manually have to push the clean button and it maps the house and does its job

Brought for my daughter because she complained about her cats having hair all over the place. She loves it!!

Love the job this Roomba does – I was shocked at how much dust/debris it picked up in a room I thought was clean. Charging is easy, cleaning is relatively easy, and the machine is relatively quiet compared to a regular vacuum. My only complaint is that the company does not include a manual for the use of the vacuum in the box – their demand is that you register on your phone and use their company app to get that precious information. Ridiculous manipulation under the virtue signaling of how modern they are. Besides the fact that I have difficulty reading the small print on phones, and besides the fact that I am seventy two and do not want to work harder to understand my purchase – just put the damn manual inside the box.
