The soles of these shoes are like my other Keen sandals and are comfortable for walking. However this pair has a little something in the strap over the left pinkie toe that rubs my toe to agony and blister. I thought it was the seam at first and tried sanding it a little to take the edge off. I sanded through the material but the pain is still inside that strap. I’m guessing there is a little plastic piece inside the material that’s just a smidge more bent than the other shoe’s strap. I wish I would have returned these but I didn’t figure out I REALLY had a problem until Inhad worn they a lot. Now I have to put bandaids on that side of my foot if I want to wear these shoes. My advice is get the sandals. Wear them a lot inside and if there is the slightest indication your toe is going to get sore, return them immediately. Don’t tell yourself you just need to break them in. I paid a lot for these shoes that I can only wear when I’m mostly sitting down.

I have wide feet so am always skeptical. But these fit great, are so pretty. Was able to wear a long the beach and walked easily in the sand. Will likely buy another pair – however the reason for one star off is the shoes clearly say anti odor. I typically don’t have an issue with odorous feet but after wearing these for a few hours, when I remove them there is definitely that “foot odor” smell. Using baking soda to see if that helps but….we shall see.

They seem to fit perfectly 8.5 true to size, and wide enough where it counts. wider than other keens and nice padded protection in all the right places. Just wearing them around the house and pleased. Came quickly, great delivery service. Found these here after searching at several stores.

I ordered this because I have worn many Keen closed sandals and hoped they would someday offer a sandal with adjustable straps on the same comfortable footbed.
Sorry to say, they had to fool with the footbed and put, as another reviewer says, something that feels like a baseball or tennis ball pushing up into your arch. It is so extreme I can’t imagine that even someone with an arch problem would appreciate it.
Also: Keen shoes run small. Best to order a half size up.
Keen: please give us an adjustable sandal with the normal footbed!

This is my second pair of this sandal. Very comfortable to walk in all day. Fit true to size. I have a narrowish foot and the fit is not too wide, allowing enough room in the summer heat. Also love Keen as you can wear them in the rain without worrying about ruining the shoe.
Note: I had ordered the Cayenne pair, never received a shipping notice. I chatted online, received the complaint id, being advised someone would get back to me in 48 hrs. Last night, 5 days later I cancelled that order and bought this pair at an even lower price. First time Amazon has let me down.

Bought an 8.5, normally wear an 8 shoe, one foot is a wide fit and the other a regular but the straps allow for a vast array of foot widths.
They are an attractive sandal and won’t get as dirty as the area that will attract any dirt is easily cleaned.
Concerned that my feet will get hot and sweaty making the insoles slippery in a hot and humid climate.
