Purchased and got installed. Lasted 1 week then broken down. After8 weeks waiting for parts they inform me this item is long since discontinued and parts not available!!.
Still waiting for Kenmore customer service to tell me what they will do about this.
Keep saying they will send me an email with details.

The third rack is perfect for toddler dishes and utensils. And the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish is a great solution for keeping my almost 3-year-old’s fingerprints off the front!

Removable 3rd try is nice when you have lots of tall items and convenient for parties with lots of silverwareand.small dishes. Ultrafast seems to gets dishes clean and turboprop is quick on spots!

The machine was shipped in a box completely assembled all but one part. That being the handle, which arrived damaged. I have checked in with Kenmore a half dozen times and at first they were nice and ordered a new handle. Since then, they have re-ordered it 3 more times and nobody can tell me where it is. Now they are getting pissy about it. This makes me question the warranty on the machine being worth the paper it was printed on.

This things was hard to install…no room for wires and hoses in the back like traditional dishwashers. The wire tunnel was a huge pain unless this is a first time install and you have extra wire. Again the third row is pointless and everything remains dirty. It is louder than the old kenmore by a lot and it was circa 2000s. We are giving it a chance, but most likely we will return it and buy a different brand. Very disappointed.

It’s really strange that you cannot start it without the door being open. It has a countdown timer. If you don’t shut the door before the countdown timer expires, it won’t start. The other very disappointing thing is the washer was clearly preowned. Water drained out of it when it was installed. Notice the images appear to have some sort of steam damage. Very disappointed I paid full price for a preowned appliance.
