I have the kitchenaid stand mixer and got this one when I wanna make smaller batter. The whipping beater works great, I used it to make meringue in smaller batch that only needs 2 eggs so my stand mixer wouldn’t be able to do the job properly and it worked wonderfully.
I almost thought they sent me a faulty product because one of the beaters wouldn’t click in. But if you look closely the beaters aren’t identical. And you’ll see on the motor there’s a diagram above each hole to show you which one goes where.

Bought this to replace a 20-year Kitchen Aid hand mixer that still worked, but lacked the features of this updated version. Great price. (I price-check everything!) Lots of features – also comes with beaters and whisks. Works great! Hoping it lasts the next 20 years.

After buying a couple mixers to replace a 50 year old Oster, and returning them, I decided to spend a little more for a good brand name. The others were cheap junk. This mixer is the best! The first speed is nice and slow and doesn’t throw the mix all over the place like the cheaper brands. It’s quiet, many speeds, does a great job. A little heavier which keeps it from bouncing all over the bowl. It is worth the money. I was lucky and got on a good sale. The beaters are stainless steel and won’t rust after a couple uses. You won’t regret this purchase, it is the best.

Small, light weight and has multiple speeds. Easy to drop batter mixers. Quite useful and powerful.

My hand held mixer was on the verge of burning up and needed to be replaced so decided on this mixer. I haven’t used this enough to give a fair review, but so far it is working well and is a lot quieter than the old one. The speed controls, which are different than any other mixer I’ve used, are a little awkward to use but hopefully will get easier with usage. The beaters and whisk don’t seem as strong or durable, but time will tell. All in all, the old mixer was a power house compared to this and the controls were easy, the beaters never chipped or flaked and it lasted a long time. It seems like those days are gone for hand held mixers so I need to quit comparing and start adapting. Time will tell!

Great lil mixer! Light enough for mom but heavy enough for whip mashed potatoes. Whisk for creams and puddings. Variable speed and tool ejection assist. Base stand and cord tilt lock to keep from resting on cord. Well engineered brass worm gear and metal gear transmission.

Needing to replace a dying Kitchen Aid, I thought I’d ‘upgrade’ and bought a 9 speed Braun. I returned it because I found it hard to control, and because it flung dough all over the counter and floor.

I decided go to with a KitchenAid again, which after all had lasted me over 20 years. I’m very satisfied. The grip is comfortable on my arthritic hand, and the mixer has plenty power without being hard to control. As my old one did, I was able to integrate all the ingredients without having to stop and scrape the bowl a lot as I had to with the Braun.

This mixer is about 1/2 oz. lighter than my old one at around 35 ounces. I like that the beaters don’t have plastic or something that could eventually chip off (as a lot of newer mixers seem to have). My old beaters fit in the new machine, so that’s kind of nice. I have arthritis in my hands, and it was easy to turn the mixer on and off, and adjust the speed. You can lock the cord right or left to keep it out of your way, and it’s a good sturdy cord.

It makes a little noise, but it’s not raucous, and there is some vibration, but not so much you have to struggle to control the mixer.

I ordered a white one, with delivery promised in about a month since it’s not a popular color. I got it in less than 10 days. Good product, good fulfillment.

I’m very satisfied with this mixer and the transaction.

This is the best hand mixer I have ever used. It is very quiet even on a high speed. It whips even dense items easily. There are seven speed settings so there are lots of options for all your recipes. I highly recommend this mixer.

This hand mixer works great. It has a low speed that is slow enough to prevent a mess with powdered sugar and enough power to work heavy mixes.

I love my new KitchenAide handheld mixer. It has a very low speed setting which is useful for stirring batters at first and preventing spatters from flying all over countertops and one’s self. The motor is strong enough to handle stiff batters easily. However, I still use my KitchenAide stand mixer for really thick batter, or dough, because at age 78.5 years I do not have the strength, or stamina, for holding on to the mixer and the bowl while mixing really stiff doughs, or batters. I learned this mixing stiff Oatmeal Cookie Dough with this new KitchenAide Hand Mixer. So, I highly recommend this mixer for it’s lightweight, it’s low speed option, the extra attachment, and the zippy red color.
