Be aware– this doesn’t come with any CO2 cartridges. They is probably my error for not reading the item description closely enough, but it was a disappointment that I now have to make another separate purchase to be able to use this item! Live and learn, the product itself seems pretty cool and convenient though!

Have Presta and/or Schrader values on your tubes? It doesn’t matter because this CO2 inflator connects to both values equally as easy. For the Schrader valve, I found screwing the connector onto the valve first easier and then screw the CO2 cartridge into the connector kit. Turn the level and bam! Tube is inflated.
For a Presta valve, its best if you put the CO2 cartridge in the kit and then it slides over the valve just like you would with any other pump.
The CO2 cartridge’s insulated sleeve is nice touch because the cartridge and the kit get pretty cold really fast if you’re holding them with your bare hand. Just make sure you remove the insulated sleeve when your done with the cartridge. You certainly don’t want to lose it.
I’m not ready to throw away my travelling pumps on my bikes because you can never be overly prepared, but this is a must have for any cyclist!

When I went tubeless a couple years ago, there was a steep learning curve. One of the first things I learned was that no hand pump was going to handle pushing the tire out onto the bead to seal the edges, and so I turned to my mini CO2 dispenser. This dispenser is VERY small and light and uses a good amount of pressure on the valve to start the expulsion of CO2 into the valve and tire. Results were mixed, sometimes messy, and generally not great, but it’s rare that I needed to do it, so I didn’t think much of it.
Enter this little bad boy. Only slightly larger and (presumably a teeny bit heavier) than my legacy pressure dispenser, this unit has all the convenience and none of the unpredictability of the other unit, making it a sure win.

At first I was skeptical to buy this gadget. Then when I got it and used it for the first time I was very impressed. Good construction and relatively easy to use, I’m an avid cyclist and I know that when you’re out on road your tires depend on a good piece device to quickly air them and continue. Overall.. excellent product!!

This handy well made tire inflator valve is a bike bag must add accessory. The valve is VERY well made and a bargain at about $10. I purchased one just like it last year and it was twice the cost so you can save 50% off with this one. (NOTE: You are getting a valve ONLY without CO2 cartridges). Still a great deal!
I have to admit that I was not expecting this value to be this quality for the price. The kit includes valve, 16g foam sleeve and a spare O-ring in case you lose the original (no CO2 cartridges).
I tried this valve with a CO2 screw-in cartridge and it fit perfectly. The operation was simple and easy.
The valve itself is super lightweight and made of nicely machined aluminum.
When ready to use, just screw-in a 12, 16, 20 or 25g cartridge onto the value until seated snugly [make sure the red valve is full closed first] By the way, the foam sleeve only fits a 16g cartridge which is the most common size available. These can be purchased on Amazon for between $1.25 and $2.00 each depending on quantity purchased.
Then slide the sleeve on and screw the valve onto the tire valve. You can attach it to either a Schrader (most common) or a Presta tire valve. Once seated, place one hand on the foam cartridge sleeve and the other one onto the red valve slowly open until filled.
All CO2 cartridges WILL get EXTREMELY FREEZING cold when you open the valve so don’t touch the metal which could cause frostbite. If you don’t have the sleeve on, be sure to use gloves or towel to protect your fingers.
I recommend adding to your bike bag too a small mini-flashlight sized tire gauge (Walmart) to check the pressure. Be sure to also to add an 3-4 extra CO2 cartridges as backup spares (if you don’t have a tire patch kit you might need these along the way back for more air). CO2 cartridges are for single use only then discarded.
This kit can also be used to top off ATV, side-by-side and golf cart tires, too. If used for these vehicles, definitely add more spare cartridges as spares since they use more air. Be sure to have a flat tire repair kit or Slime Tire Sealant, too!
BOTTOM-LINE: I am very please with the high quality of this value. No compromises were made and it is every bit as good as my $20 valve that I purchased two months ago on Amazon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
PLEASE NOTE: It DOES NOT INCLUDE CO2 CANISTERS as shown in the photos. This is a mistake showing that and saying it comes with two cartridges. Must be mixed up with another kit they offer.
