I’ve been in the kitchen business for 20 years, watching “big name” ranges being installed. I took the plunge with a Kutch 48” all gas range and couldn’t be happier. Cooking have become such and enjoyment and no longer a chore. I can do everything on my range that my friends can do but they spent three times more money to do so. Oh, and the customer service is best in class. A burner appeared to be not working properly. I submitted a ticket. Had a call the next day via face time. The tech walked me through tje solution. I just had a part of a burner on backwards.
You can’t go wrong with Kutch. I’m going with thier pizza oven next.

My Kucht range has been a great addition to my renovated kitchen. I knew that I wanted a 48-inch range, with a double oven and high output BTU burners. After many months of researching professional ranges: features, reviews, warranty, and reliability at all price points, I decided to go with Kucht. It takes a fraction of the time to which I am accustomed for the high BTU burners to bring a large pot of water to the boiling point, and heat a heavy cast iron pan to smoking. I also love the option of using the other lower BTU burners, but the high burners also have a simmer setting depending on how low you need. Both the conventional and convection ovens work great. I would previously default to using my Breville convection/air fryer for high temp, quick baking, but I have found that the larger convection oven does the trick. The only nit I have is that the convection oven initially heats to 75 degrees hotter than set, but eventually settles to the correct set temp. I workaround this by preheating the oven a little longer for foods with a short baking time. As far as delivery goes, a word of caution with using Amazon Services LLC. They sent a single person to deliver a 600 pound range to my home. He could not get the range from the truck up my driveway and my 7 front porch stairs. Fortunately, we had a storage pod out front for our renovation, and we had no choice but to load it there. It took 4 people from my construction crew to eventually move the range inside. I know this was not Kucht’s issue so I won’t let that influence my rating. Just know that this is a HUGE and HEAVY appliance. It’s worth asking the delivery company during scheduling about how many people will be assisting with the delivery. I also recommend getting appliance sliders for the install. Sadly, my newly refinished hardwood floors needed lots of TLC after the oven was put in place. Delivery and install aside, I am a joyful home cook with my Kucht range.

Is this propane or natural gas .

I’ve been using this range to cook for my family of 8 for the past 6 months, and I waited to write this review so I could get some experience behind this one to get to know it. Reviews that just say “it’s gorgeous”, and “I love how it looks” are not helpful at all for someone who will be actually cooking/baking with it daily. Yes, it is pretty, it looks great, but functionality is most important! I would HIGHLY recommend buying this range. The price of this range is much more affordable than the leading brands and has ticked every box I required for a 48” range. The cons I’ve listed would not deter me from buying this thing again. I just want to provide a full and honest review.
*I also chose the matching hood vent and absolutely love how it works, with its bright lights, removable, easy to clean metal grates, and strong fan options. It does the job of clearing the air and keeping food smells out of them home while you’re cooking. Highly recommend pairing them together. Now for the pros and cons of the oven:
Pros:
Lots of room to work
A burner for every size pan
Continuous cast iron grates to move pots easily from one burner to another
The simmer function on largest burners work better than any simmer option I’ve ever used
Oven comes up to temperature quickly
Convection fan in oven speeds up cooking and cooks food evenly, but watch your time because sometimes it cuts cooking time in half, especially for baked goods. There’s a learning curve to the convection option.
Racks slide super smooth
Smaller oven fits a 9×13 pan and heats up quicker than the large oven
Included cast iron skillet is removable, where most all other large ranges have a built in skillet which is just wasted space and harder to clean.
Grates on stovetop are heavy cast iron, easy to clean with hot water and scrub brush
Cons:
No temperature, timer, or clock display
No alert when oven comes up to temperature
Racks are not very easy to rearrange- kind of dangerous to move them while hot so be sure to make your rack adjustments before turning the oven on.
Convection and light buttons are a manual push button- they get hot when the oven has been on a while
Convection fan has burned a few things because of how fast it speeds up the cooking process. I’ve learned the hard way to not use convection fan on any temperature above 350.
Small feet on grates of stovetop pop off easily- I have lost a couple which is kind of annoying but doesn’t take away from functionality of the item
The whole unit is an absolute beast, and took many people to move into place.
