Super easy and quick assembly. Put it together in less than 5 minutes. The suction cups don’t hold very well so I put the rubber feet back on – they work best. Does not slip. Great support. Easy to just lift up and off to clean the toilet. Great find. Great buy. Very grateful to have this for my mom. Thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU CANNOT BALANCE EQUALLY ON BOTH LEGS.
I was in an accident resulting in a very bad break in my left leg. My leg is braced so that I can’t bend it at all, and I am not allowed to put ANY weight on it AT ALL. In order to be released from the rehab center, I needed a temporary safety rail for my toilet at home. My therapist instructed me to keep one hand on my crutches or walker (I alternate between them), and put one hand on the toilet safety rail as I lower myself. THIS RAIL IS NOT STABLE WITH JUST ONE HAND. When I changed my technique to using both hands, it is very stable, and works just fine. I just CAN’T use it for support as I switch from the walker to the rail. Fortunately my bathroom is small enough, and I am strong enough that I can lean against a wall for balance while I transition. But DO NOT rely on this rail if you can’t use both legs equally.
It was very easy to assemble. It took my 17 yo daughter and an adult friend about 10 minutes to put together. It just fits behind the open lid, so there is no installation necessary. It is nice to have the rails on both sides to rest my arms on, since I have to keep my weight off my left leg, which is very awkward.
Not a bad buy, but I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had known about the stability issue.

The hip on my good leg decided to flare up a few weeks ago. A mess. I was struggling to sit down. This fixed things. Because it is open on one end and weight and size are issues, it is completely stable only in the important direction. Still, very happy. Economical and made my morning “sit” much less stressful.

Ordered these for a friend / home care patient who was recuperating from serious surgery and needed an assist for getting on & off the toilet. Adult male, weight of about 200 lbs. These were an excellent choice – very strong, easy to clean, easy to assemble, move & remove if desired. Fold up nicely to put away if /when no longer needed or to travel with. It came w/ 4 suction cups for the bottoms of the 4 legs if desired, but they were not needed, as this setup is very stable and strong. I’ve worked as a home care nurse and I felt this was a very good and very well priced product.

It is well packaged and very easy to assemble in less than 15 minutes. It can be adjusted in both width and height and there is the option of replacing the rubber tips with suction cups. I replaced them only for the rear legs. The entire assembly is very light and fits behind the toilet cover.

Easy to assemble, and to pack. It provides needed arm rest to raise up upon. Without any hand grabs, it works well behind the toilet seat. If there is a hand grab on one side of the toilet, it works better placed to the side away from the hand grab. The suction feet are hit or miss for grabbing but do add a measure of stability.

This safety rail for the toilet is great. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and a quick fix when my dh had foot surgery and needed assistance. It’s portable too so when it was no longer needed I folded it up and stashed in the closet. I hope we won’t it again anytime soon but if we do it’s there. I recommend this for anyone who needs the safety rail and doesn’t want to add permanent bars in the home.
