I have bought cheaper products for our CPA office and found them to be a little cheaper but the quality of the camera is poor. I have always gone back to Logitech. They are a little more expensive but very reliable. When you are having Zoom or Teams meetings with your clients you need the very best. Don’t waste your time with some the cheap stuff out there and beware of overstated claims by these Chinese companies.

I bought one of these (well, the then-current model) many years ago in 2012 when I needed a webcam for the first time, and it worked flawlessly for over a decade. Then after 12 years of service, it finally gave out. I looked around to see if there was anything better, and even now there STILL isn’t! Unless you need 4k for some reason, this thing is basically flawless. It’s the absolute perfect intersection of quality and price, and I’m so glad they still make them (slightly updated). I hope they still make them in 2036 when I need a new one again!

I really like the camera, but the software you can download to use with it from logitech causes glitches and doesn’t work that well while live streaming, lags. That’s too bad because the software lets me adjust the color, brightness etc and even zoom in. The camera is great though, much much better than the laptop camera, so much clearer and brighter.

This camera is a bargain. A truly high quality product at a good price. The only reason it does not get 5 stars from me is because its one single flaw is that its mounting process is not good. It clips like so many other webcams, but I’ve used several and for whatever reason one just isn’t sturdy or solid when clipped to a monitor.
Other than that, I love it. The audio and video is as good as cameras costing twice as much.
