Tim “The Locksmith” –
I did a decent amount of looking around for a tent that met my budget and needs and this tent has lived up to or surpassed expectations. I have yet to notice any faults in the quality. Everything is as it was when I purchased it. If it’s a really warm night or you’re trying to nap or sleep during the day you may want the vestibule doors open to allow for more airflow. On a fairly cool Spring trip it kept me warm. Two people fit in it easily, with some extra space around your sleeping pads/mattress. It’s been through some fairly heavy rainstorms and I’ve had zero leaks.
I buy way too much!! 5150 –
I have had quite a few different tents and I have to say this is by far the best one I have ever owned. (Tent company don’t pay me to say that …lol) checking now Very easy to assemble. Even my 16 years old can set it up in 10 minutes (no I didn’t help her!) we used a extra tarp, as we knew that we would be getting big storms for 2 days and nights … lucky us…lol
It is very functional. I would say it’s for three adults maximum. (but my daughter and I used it and we are both 5.5 ft tall and had lots of room.) We have survived big storms (35-40 winds mph) and we where dry inside no problem! We are able to put two portable rocking chairs and have breakfast while it was raining. (See the photos) We have used it about 14 times since June 2022. Yes we love camping!
Four days straight rain, and High winds and this tent is standing still and we are dry inside. highly recommend it.

I purchased the 3 person in green. Very easy set up. 6lbs fits perfect in my pack. Feels sturdy. 2 adults very roomy. 3 adults is tight but it works. 5 stars. NatureHike makes great stuff. Got their CW400 sleeping bag too.

All videos and the descriptions say it comes with a pad for UNDER the tent. Its VERY light duty for that. The actual packaging/instructions label it as a rain fly. Cant tell what its posed to be. Its a little short for a rainfly. Wish it had snow flaps but it was intentionally left off to cause airflow. For a true 4 season thats unhelpfull. That is the only bad i can possibly find to say. Otherwise im super excited and happy with it. Aside from the poles it could be stuff sacked into less than half its listed size. Its roomy as a stadium. And it showed up 2 days after ordered. Best lightwieght pack tent ive ever seen so far.

Me decepcionaste Naturhike.

The tent ripped with normal use at the seem with the zipper after 3 uses.. do not buy this. i contacted company about the warranty and they said that i should goto the store and buy fabric to fix it.. they have 12 month warranty and they will not honor it.

Second time taking it winter backpacking. This trip had winds gusting 20mph. Tent held up good.
I wish it had hook on the inside of the mesh tent in the back to hang a light. There is a hook inside the mesh part in the front.
I wish it came with enough lines to use at EVERY secure point.
I wish there was a foot print available to purchase.
Overall, this tent is a GREAT TENT!

I dislike how it takes forever to set up, and it also has a ton of condensation on the inside on the first night, the space is alright, but at the end of your feet are exposed to the mosquito mesh you could get bit, cool idea, bad in practice.

I had to wait and really use this to give an honest review. I riverside camp all year long when kayaking so I wanted something that was small and lightweight and also sturdy. Did I mention I am not a millionaire so I also need something that will not break the bank. I can say Naturehike has become one of my favorite brands. I have the 2 person tent which I think is perfect for one person (I am a bit on the beefy side), but 2 can fit in a pinch! The vestibule is my favorite part. I have a dry place to store my bags/gear and on rainy days I can prepare my coffee and breakfast with out having to get out of the tent. All I have to do is unzip and sit cross-legged at the top of the tent and set up the stove in the vestibule, which can also be zipped all the way! Ok so now we know the features are super convenient and comfy. How does it hold up? Well about 6 months into using this tent I had a definitive answer. I was on the side of a river camping out in November and we had a freaky torrential lightning/thunderstorm. This was probably one of the worst storm I have ever been in. Heavy rain, gusts of wind, needless to say it was scary, but this tent was a beast. Not one drop in the tent. The raised washtub sides and foot print kept me bone dry underneath and the vents kept the condensation out. From that moment on I knew they had a customer forever. By the way a larger branch about 4 feet long and 6 inches in diameter fell on top of the tent and bounced off. Not a rip, hole or tear in site and although I may have tinkled a little I was safe! I have used this hiking/kayaking and just plain ole camping and it has preformed perfectly. Set up is color coded and the directions are super easy and straightforward. This tent will be with me for a long time!

This is actually a pretty nice tent. The height measure is slightly off but overall quality is great.
This tent did not work for me. It’s great but I want to not sit on the ground in vestibule, instead using very tiny camp chairs for backpacking. Sitting on ground is past my age and my army bones. At 5’7, sitting in a tiny chair would only work hunched and two people not happening.
Now, this tent is actually so good though that instead of returning, I gave it to my 19 year old son. It packs SMALL. Smaller than the Teton ultra 2 person and this is a 3 person tent with vestibule. Plenty of room for two. Just not what I was needing as I get older and am after a moto tent for Texas.
Pro: easy to set up, seems very sturdy, 4K mm for waterproof, ventilation would be fine for 3 seasons at least but maybe sturdy enough for 3+. packs SUPER small. I had actual backpack tents bigger pack.
Con: I’d disagree 100% with this being free standing and understand that it is still low so only sitting on ground in vestibule. 3 poles and no middle support, you still need at least two lines out minimum for tent to work so not freestanding.
